Great communication, digital tickets received day before game as advised, no issues entering stadium....Only issue was the result of the match itself. Will definitely be using again

At first I was unsettled since I did not have the ticket in my possession prior to heading across the pond, as you all know we as Americans are use to that. Ha! I communicated with them via chat one day before my flight and two days before the event and they explained to me the tickets would be emailed to me. The morning do the event the company contacted me and walked me through downloading the tickets. The communication was superb and I really appreciated their help! Our seats were better than what I had asked for. Now that I have had experience with them I will definitely use their service again for tickets abroad!

Wrong promises and a cheat!!!
We ordered with the help of the live chat function 4 tickets for a Tottenham - Fulham game and paid a premium so that all 4 persons could sit together, since two were kids (7+9y old). We traveled from abroad to this game.
1) tickets were only delivered after several promises of delivery in time, a couple of hours before the game started
2) we were not seated together although paid a premium price for this
3) when entering the stadium, one ticket was not working since they actually only sent us 3 tickets and doubled one ticket... after numerous calls and whatsapp after 30min and several wrong attempts on sending wrong tickets, we finally got the missing tickets. Important that security of the stadium already wanted to push us away from the stadium...
4) the promised pay back of the difference for the wrong seating has not been paid even now after almost 2 months and several reminders.
Beware of these unprofessional agency.

Got the tickets the day of the match and was in constant contact with the ticketing team! Customer service 10/10

I can't complain about the seats but, by heck, talk about last minute for the tickets. I ordered them in plenty of time and was advised they would be with me between 1 and 3 days before match day but, following various emails and broken promises, the QR codes finally arrived just 3 hours before kick off! Still, at least they arrived.

Bought a specific type of tickets where I paid over 630 GBP and got tickets in the last minute which were on many platforms including theirs around 420 or less. Asking for balance transfer, they have said I can get a voucher of 25 GBP available for 30 days!!! I will never buy tickets from this "company" again.

I bought tickets for Arsenal-Sheffield game and my experience was incredible, i got my tickets the day before the match and they upgraded them to the shortside lower tire. The view was incredible! I 100% recommend this site!

Got tickets for me and my cousin to watch Arsenal vs Sheffield United. To our surprise they put us in hospitality seats. What an experience it was, we had the best view of the pitch. Absolutely brilliant.

My wife and I traveled to London from America and wanted to see Chelsea match. My friend who lives in the UK recommended this website. I purchased two tickets a few weeks in advance and received them as a pdf in my email a day before the match. Had no issues getting into the stadium and both tickets were seated next to each other. Very smooth process, would definitely buy through this website again!

I bought a ticket to spurs v Liverpool on the morning of the game, vastly over priced but it worked. I got the QR code ticket emailed through to me after a couple of hours and it worked a treat. Got me through the turnstiles and watched a cracking game of football.

Do not go near this company. Came from Australia to watch Liverpool v West Ham.Had all the 100% guaranteed tickets nonsense. Booked hotels, arranged everything around attending the match.Waited and waited and waited for tickets at +£200 each . Got an email less than 1 day before kick off to say no tickets. My kid and I were gutted.
Holiday ruined. Money wasted. Time wasted. Stay away!

Ticket well received by email as promised by the person with whom I was in contact, it was really fantastic

We placed the order for the tickets only four days before the match, but everything went well. We received the e-tickets one day before the event, as comfirmed in the email 3-1 days, could enter without any problems and had a great time in Stamford Bridge Stadium with a very good view from the upper tier.

Good experience. Reliable. Attentive to questions and concerns and give information from purchase to receipt of passes to entering the event. They check to see if you are having issues and give direction at every step.
