These guys are amazing, they are so helpful and patient. The customer service was excellent. I had a problem with cookies on the website but they were patiently navigated me through the process until the transaction was complete. Even when I changed my order from 3 tickets to 4 they were still able to accommodate me and seat is altogether. On top of this, they gave a discount and, best of all, they upgraded our seats from the Upper Middle Stand to the Lower Middle so we got closer to the action. I was warned to be careful of these sites, but I saw the trust pilot rating and this 100% works. The tickets come by email and then you use the link to download them to your phone. They even sorted it out when one of my email addresses was spelt incorrectly. These guys are great!

I purchased a ticket for Arsenal vs Chelsea through this ticket provider. When looking at their site, there was quite helpful chat support. Compared to another providers, ticket price and commission fee was reasonable. Ticket delivery was also timely arranged according to their instruction.

Absolutely top experience for fans with different needs and very reasonable prices for even top games. Will definitely be using football tickets home again in the near future

In Mar 2020, the support team of Footballtickethome Matthew and Daniel said that the refund would be made within 90-180 days. However, no one reply email since 4 Jan 2021. The contact number can’t reach them. I will contact the police for assistance.

1 star because of the lack of information about the delivery of the ticket.
I bought the ticket 3 weeks prior the match and was told they didn’t ship to my country due to it was a season card holder. So I typed in the address to where I was staying in London, and somehow that didn’t work either..
I was forced to text everyday while visiting in England to get an update on my tickets that I paid £250 (Per ticket).
While traveling to Liverpool, at last they send me my tickets via WhatsApp (e-ticket) and tells me to go print it in a Internet cafe, which makes me wonder why they didn’t send me them in the first place 3 weeks ago!!!
I told them that it wouldn’t work, so they send someone to meet me in Liverpool Lime Street station with my tickets.
He told me, that it was NOT season card tickets, but “only” hospitality.

Completely unprofessional, and will definitely NOT be using again.
Too much stress on wether you’ll receive your order or not.

Got the tickets 6 days before the match. Signed delivery also, so could track them. Very happy with my purchase. I found the ticket site really easy to use and very helpful live chat section.
My tickets arrived on time at my hotel.
However when we tried to get in the stadium 2 of the tickets were for a different stand to what I was told.
We all eventually got in the stadium though.

Fantastic customer service - always dealt with Chris - seats were amazing 3 rows from the front for the Tottenham v Manchester City match - would use this company again especially as I had been let down by Thomas Cook Sport

I was very unsure about buying tickets online, especially taking into account the high expense of the tickets. We were travelling from Western Australia to spend Christmas in the Uk and as a big surprise for my husband, I wanted to take him and our 2 children to see a Liverpool game. I spoke to Chris on numerous occasions and he did reassure me that all was genuine.

As the days were getting closer to the game, I received a call to say we were only able to collect the tickets on the day of the game and that they wouldn't be available until an hour before kick off. I must admit, I did start to panic and think we weren't going to get them. But true to their word, we did. I did original request that we all sit together but unfortunately we ended up sitting in pairs a few rows away from each other. Having said that we all thoroughly enjoyed the experience and my husband was very impressed with the seats that we had. He knows how hard it is to get tickets to see Liverpool play so was just over the moon to be there in the first place.

Having already purchased tickets through Chris, I would definitely use him again and would recommend other people to do so. I think the first time using any online company comes with a risk but Chris is the man to trust :)

From buying the tickets to getting them in our hands and after the games were over, the service was exceptional. Buying from USA with my credit card proved to be a challenge but Chris got me through the process with great patience. Then the day before our first match day, our flight from Valencia got cancelled. We scrambled to get from Valencia to Madrid and get another flight scheduled to arrive at Heathrow less than four hours before game time. Chris personally guided us all the way through getting us back to our place in London to drop our luggage and then the tube (subway) to the spot to get the tickets. The seats were unbelievable for our Arsenal match at Chelsea. When we got to our hotel in Manchester the next day our tickets for Old Trafford were waiting for us. Amazingly, those seats were even closer to the pitch. These guys are the best.

The tickets for the Boxing Day game were emailed to me a couple of days before the game. The covering email said I needed to print off the tickets. This was difficult to arrange at short notice since I was a visitor to the UK and most Internet cafes were shut on Christmas Day and Boxing Day.
It would have been better if the tickets were emailed earlier, to give more time to find a place to print the tickets, or the email would have instead stated that entrance to the game could definitely be achieved by scanning the email at the ground, which I presume is the case.

Efficient but very few information until you get to the hotel where you are supposed to receive the tickets.
