My sales person(Jo O’Dell) was very helpful! She was knowledgeable and was very considerate of my ideas and lack of knowledge. My experience was very pleasant. My installer(Chris) was great; an excellent job. Overall, I am very pleased with my new carpet.

From the salesman to the installers they did what they promised. They even fixed some old sliding closet doors that were off the track. We will definitely use Foote Brothers again when we remodel our kitchen. Thanks a bunch.

The carpet we have installed is exactly what we picked out and is exactly what my wife wanted. The installers who installed it did a professional job as far as that goes. I was told that certain services were to be performed at the time of installation that were not even possible for the installers to provide. In fact, I think they were oblivious to the fact that they were to perform them. The pad I was shown and agreed to buy didn’t make it here. These installers were unaware of that fact because I challenged them that this was not the pad I agreed to buy. They said that this was the pad they were sent out with and I’m sure they knew nothing about it. I called the salesman and he said that this was the pad he quoted. It is my belief that this was a form of bait and switch. You were recommended to me by someone who trusts you and in whom I have unshakeable faith. I am disappointed to say that I must deal with your firm once more because we want to use the same carpet in the master bedroom. I will make contact shortly to arrange this next purchase.

We are very happy with our experience with Foote Brothers Carpet. Our salesman, Patrick, was very easy to work with and was helpful in every way. The carpet looks great and we were very impressed with the man, Toby, that installed the carpet. He worked diligently, moved the furniture and laid the pad and carpet in a most efficient manner. We are very pleased with the whole experience.

Everyone was wonderful at Foote Bros
Everyone was wonderful at Foote Bros. Jo helped with the choice of material and the best way to go.
The only problem I had was the installer did not clean up very well and did not put my furniture back very good. The one I had in 2016 was wonderful and very clean and put everything back except the stuff that sits around and makes it homey.
I was rather disappointed with the clean up process but the installation was very good.
