Great experience from the start. Karen was correcting an issue with a ring from another “company” that had fallen apart due to bad workmanship.
My son loves his ring and thinks it’s better than when it was brand new.
We also got some charms which Karen went above and beyond to provide, we’ve got them just in time for my Dad’s birthday next week.
I found F&F through a local FB group and had lengthy communication with Karen about her products and services. I found her to be friendly and professional so chose to order a necklace to commemorate my breastfeeding journey.
Karen kept in touch as to when to expect the necklace and even hand delivered it as we are local. She used excess product and made me a charm too. The quality of the jewellery is great, and the sparkle is so beautiful.
The effort and detail she puts into her products and business are amazing, even down to the packaging, very we considered. Definitely recommend *****
