Like others leaving 1star reviews if there was minus stars l would do. As advised measured the dogs head for a muzzle, via their YouTube video, three times, l was told to order a M9###1052 size 3, for my bull terrier, when it came it was marked GSD M9###003 size 3. It covered the whole of the dog’s head!! Got in touch apparently my fault, to return DPD to the door is £40-50, so not economical. The muzzle sent was faulty as there are bits missing, according to the dog trainer. This website leads you to believe the company is based in the UK, it’s not, the muzzle came from Poland to be returned to Poland! Just another internet scam.

After I ordered a muzzle from this site, other people on a Facebook muzzles page informed me that it was a "scam". I was understandably upset, and emailed the company. They replied immediately and were patient and reassuring. At this point, I thought that if it were a scam, it would be the politest scam ever. Needless to say, it wasn't a scam. The muzzle arrived today. It is the best fitting of all the muzzles we own for that dog. The quality is excellent; straps are leather, buckle is strong, nose pad is well padded, there is sufficient "pant room" and it doesn't pinch his cheeks like other muzzles. I'm very impressed.

I own a pet care company and have been ordering from this company for years. I use WhatsApp to contact my sales rep directly because the company. Their equipment is high-quality. I love their leather leads. L120##001 5 foot and 7 foot.
These leads will last a life of your dogs longer and longer.

If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered a muzzle for my dog, they sent me the wrong size for the wrong breed and when wanting to return it they want you to pay for that, wouldn’t be much of a problem if they were actually a uk company like the claim to be but they aren’t based in the uk. They will give me a refund after sending the product back but with a catch of -10%. Wish I read the other reviews before ordering as I see I’m not the only one who has had these problems. Absolute shambles of a company.

Placed order with number 10602022 at this shop, they do not react, they do not send anything. No possibility to get in contact and you only get generic replies. I paid 70 EUR and received nothing, SCAM, beware!!!

AVOID!!! It is not a UK company, they are fraud almost scam. Non-UK number. They deliver what they want and avoid responding emails. 10% penalties for wrong deliver and shipping prices. Refund on paypal accounts only AVOID.

fordogtrainers co uk has delivered the collar wrong size, I have been sending emails with pictures to obtain an address where I can deliver the item a get a refund and they tried to avoid my request. They offered to schedule a call with time slot that only suit them.
They called from a private number and refuse to provide an UK number. After reading similar comments. I am in the process to report them.

Do not order from them ,ordered a muzzle was advised me a wrong size and if you want to return , you have to pay for delivery and it’s expensive as they are not in UK and they take 10% also so no point to return .Stay clear from them don’t worth to waste your time .

Incurred extra £67 pounds in Duties from Fedex as it was posted from Israel. The website clearly makes out as if the business is located in the UK, use of UK flat, .co.uk domain, categories with 'UK' at the end.

Awful customer service. Placed an order which never arrived. Doesn't look like it ever left Israel, and has made its way back to them.
They are now asking for another £10 to ship it agin.
How many times are they going to ask for extra shipping when it's not the customer's fault?

**DO NOT BUY FROM** Absolutely awful service. I have ordered two muzzles from this website and both times I have been advised the wrong sizes, despite taking accurate measurements and photos. Furthermore, I have tried to return the muzzles but the correspondence was non-existent; therefore I have been left with two muzzles than I cannot use, nor return. I will never use this company again, nor will I recommend it to anyone!

Ordered a bite suit it took 5 weeks to make 1 week to arrive

100% best products on the market, from leather collars all the way up to training equipment I've got it!
2+ years of use and it still looks as good as new.

Excellent quality, I have ordered a lovely leather lead and collar for my dogs and they are very good quality. I have had them for a while now and. They are still as food as new. Highly recommended.

We ordered a leather harness for my GSD, and it fits perfectly. We have used it in all weather conditions and it is still as good as when new, can't fault it. The buckle is solid and the leather is comfortable for my dog. I also purchased a made to measure training suit which keeps me warm in the cold, cool in the heat, and dry in the wet. It was also handy that they put our club logo on the top which looks amazing and of high quality. With the many pockets and ability to remove the sleeves I couldn't be more happy. I highly recommend to all my dog friends.

I can say nothing negative.
I have purchased both clothing and equipment from these and it is always the highest quality equipment with superb customer service.
