If I could put zero stars

If I could put zero stars, I would period I am never shopping here again and I do not recommend anyone doing so. I am about to also contact the Better Business Bureau and my credit card company. I ordered something Several weeks ago that was actually in the store. For whatever reason instead of sending it from a warehouse here in the United States it looks like they sent it from overseas and the package isn’t tracking anymore and has not been delivered. I called the customer service line was on the phone for 10 minutes. They could see that there’s no tracking and then they said the policy is to send me a form to fill out so that the warehouse can be contacted, but meanwhile, I never received the item and you work for Forever 21 and I’ve got to fill out a form? What kind of sense is that make? I then asked for a supervisor, but there’s no Supervisor to speak with… The guy, obviously from some other country doesn’t understand that any other company would not require a customer to have to fill out anything if you can see in the system that the package is lost or there is no tracking. Do I have to fill out a have to fill out a form? So I do not recommend buying anything from this company because you can buy something from Temu, Amazon, SHEIN And they would not have you filling out any form when you have not received a package that is still in transit in their system. But they do not Have to worry about me ever buying anything online from them again. Now I guess if you see something in the store that you like that’s the store but I wouldn’t recommend anyone ordering anything from them. Awful customer service. Scam company!

The website sucks

The website sucks, it refuses to recognize my password and email address even when reset especially when it's supposed to be a discount. I called customer service and he was of no help, he kept repeating the same damn thing over and over. I hung up with no results, such a waste of time. I've been trying to buy this bag for the last four days with the same issue with no help.

I went on the forever 21 website today…

I went on the forever 21 website today to purchase items from the juicy couture and mean girls range only to find out they don’t ship the items to England even though they ship internationally so you can only buy some things from their website but not others how ridiculous is that, when I complained to their customer service they were unhelpful and useless. They have lost a customer sale, more fool them!

I was in the forever 21 store today…And I could not figure out how to do a return from the company call Shein But there was an employee named Cassandra She helped me so much

I was in the forever 21 store today October 4th 2024 here in Toledo Ohio and I was having difficulties returning items from Shein I could not figure out how to do the return I had a fantastic awesome young lady named Cassandra and she walked me through every step for my return She was fantastic. Thank you Cassandra I'll give her five stars. *****

Rude cashier In Time Square #3006

I was at Forever21 in Time Square #3006 New York. Cashier sh*ni* was on her phone through her watch so she was in her own world as I moved up to the register. She pushes forward the nasty keyboard in front of me and I demands I type an email and walks away to the next register. I said no it’s okay. When she comes back, she keeps insisting that I put an email in. I kept saying no it’s okay. She then gets pissed and takes the keyboard and types something and accepts something on the credit card keypad without even giving me a chance to read or decline. Then the guy employee comes by her and they’re talking about something and she hands me my receipt while still engaging with the male employee. As I’m walking she yells behind me “You’re welcome!!!!” and when I look at her she had this mental face. I understand she’s trying to do her job and maybe overwhelmed but people are not here to deal with disrespectful egotistical manners. Please train your employees to be more professional and stop pressuring people with this email bs to collect their personal information.

Buyer Beware!!

Buyer Beware!!! Forever 21 is absolutely scamming customers. I purchased some clothes for my daughter online. Two of the items did not fit so I requested to return the items. The clothes were brand new with the tags on them when I shipped them back , they were not even tried on because they were a size small when I had requested size large. I received an email stating that the items were received and would be inspected and then a refund would be issued. The next day I get another email stating that after inspection they do not issue Refunds for items that have been tried on, worn ,washed or tags have been removed.The items were returned exactly how we received them with the tags still on. The email also stated that I would have to pay a return shipping fee or the items would be trashed.

Great Items and Service

It’s been years since I entered a Forever21 and this is my second time coming into the galleria location and on both occasions Nadia has been extremely amazing. Honestly, great customer service and amazing energy.

Disappointed to say the least

Disappointed to say the least. I used to do online shopping here all the time when shipping to Hawaii was free with minimum amount. Now, there is a shipping charge and delivery takes over two weeks. Order went out 6/13 and expected delivery by 6/29. I used to be able to order on a Mon and receive the package Fri/Sat. I’ll never shop here again. Sorry, not sorry. :)

Update 7/1 - 6/29 came and went. No package yet. The expected delivery date has been updated to 7/8. I am leaving on a trip 7/13…let’s hope it arrives by then. I truly regret this order. Don’t make the same mistake people…

Forever 21 bought out by a Chinese company. FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY!

FOREVER 21 HAS BEEN OVERTAKEN BY A CHINESE COMPANY CALLED SHEIN.
I JUST BOUGHT A BUNCH OF CLOTHES JUNE 18, ON F21s ONLINE STORE WHICH STRANGELY DID NOT ALLOW ME TO OPT FOR IN STORE PICK UP! FRAUD 3RD PARTY SHIPPER ASKED 10X IF I HAD A GATE CODE. I SAID NO. SO THEY THOUGHT THEY COULD LIE ABOUT DELIVERY!
I HAVE A SECURITY GUARD AND NO DELIVERY TRUCKS CAME IN THAT DAY. SHIPPER POSTED AN EMPTY DELIVERY PHOTO! PUT A FAKE DOT ON MAP AND LIED SAYING THEY DELIVERED IT TO MY PORCH WHEN THEY NEVER EVEN CAME INTO MY CLUB!
CALLING F21 WAS USELESS & THE GIRL WOULD NOT HELP ME AND WOULD NOT LET ME SPEAK TO A MANAGER. I TOLD HER THAT I WOULD CALL BACK AND ASK TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER. SHE SAID WHEN I CALLED BACK SHE WOULD ANSWER EVERY TIME. AND SHE DID. HOW DOES A BILLION DOLLAR MULTINATIONAL CORPORATION HAVE ONLY ONE PERSON WORKING PHONE'S?
THE F21 CHATBOT WAS MORE USELESS AND CREEPY. SREEPARNA SAYS THEY'LL LOOK INTO THE CLAIM AND THAT I CAN CALL THEM BACK IN 8-10 DAYS...ON 7/11. ONLY 7/11 IS 18 DAYS FROM NOW !
2 HOURS LATER I REALIZED SHE HAS NOT SENT ME A CONFIRMATION FOR THIS "INVESTIGATION". So I chatted her again and told her that. So she sends me a cheesy poorly written note with two fonts, repeating what she said earlier, but gave NO INFORMATION about confirmation number.
Is this for real? Did our beloved Forever 21 sell out it's loyal customers and all our information to a China company?
The Chinese company SHEIN who merged with F21 is notorious for Sweat shop child labor. I lost $280.00 in business dealings with Shein.!!!
F21 is now being run by a FRAUDULENT Chinese company. Their shippers, phone personnel, websites... everything FRAUD.
I wasted 5 hours on this.
I'M REPORTING THIS TO MY CREDIT CARD TOO FOR FRAUD.
BEWARE!!!

I did order the hello kitty’s stuffs…

I did order the hello kitty’s stuffs for $170 on May’29 and I did counting everyday and waiting!!! Finally, I got a message that delivered on June’06, I was working and when I came home, I didn’t see my package and I did wait for 2 day to make sure that I didn’t receive my ordered, I called but you said the UPS did complete delivery and can’t help me anything about my ordered and I have to contact my bank and did try to get a refund but also the bank refused to give me a refund too!!!! No one make a responsibility on my ordered that I paid but didn’t get it!!! I feel lost and very angry and never shopping with Forever21 again!!!!

Worst customer service

Had the most embarrassing and horrible experience at the Dulles Town Center, VA today. The girl at the counter was very rude was not ready to listen. She mixed my package that I took to return to Shein and I was trying to explain and she refused to listen and kept on arguing. This was my first experience with Shein returns and I had some confusion. No patience and treating customers so bad. If you were not ready to deal with Shein customers you should not have accepted their returns at first place…another lady who cane to return Shein had similar experience too. They treated us really bad. Never going back to Forever 21 again !!

Horrible Return Policy

Horrible Return Policy. I bought a dress a few months ago. I never wore it. The tags are still on and I have the receipt but because of their crappy 30 day return policy they would not let me return the dress and I couldn’t even get store credit or exchange it for something else. How can they treat customers this way? I can understand if I didn’t have a receipt and the tags were off but my goodness they don’t give a damn about their customers CLEARLY!!! Sometimes people buy things then after a while they might have gained or lost weight where they might need a bigger or smaller size but because of their stupid return policy you end up stuck with something you can’t wear…IM SO DONE WITH FOREVER 21!!!

Horrible

Horrible. It took 6 days to put a pick up order together when pick up orders are supposed to be faster. Then had the nerve after making me wait all that’s time to cancel the one thing I actually needed. Customer service on the phone not the store, are very rude and nasty and never had a good enough answer. I will never ever shop at this store again. Funny part it was my first time, and it’s definitely my last. Also fix the site, don’t say things are available then make a person wait an entire week to say not available. That tells me you sold my order in the store which is also not right when I technically bought it first and paid for it first. NEVER AGAIN! And I will make sure to tell everyone I know to never give money to this horrible business!

Bought a dress online

Bought a dress online. The checkout added higher price and shipping fee. I purchased the dress anyway. The dress didn’t work for my purpose so I started a return. The price appearing in the return was about half of the price I paid for the dress 2 weeks earlier and I would have to pay $5.99 to return the dress by mail. I decided to give the dress to Goodwill instead of getting my $5.20 refund. Their online app and website is messy.

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. I ordered some shoes and dresses from Forever 21, and just a couple days later I was informed the whole order was canceled without ANY explanation whatsoever. What’s worse was the fact that the order was purchased when there was a discount. If I was to reorder the same items, there would be NO discount. Horrible customer service.

Everyone should be careful of this place. I was at the store located at 3510 palisades center Drive in nyack NY and had a bad experience. I was buying a shirt that was on sale on line for 30% off but was sold out in size small online. Thankfully i found a size small in the store on a rack with plenty of the same shirt saying 19.99. When i got to the register they wanted me to pay 29.99 and would not honor the online price. The manager, Jay, claimed that since small was sold out online he could not give me the 30 % off for the same shirt at the store, lol. But if i got a medium or large then i could get the 30% off. When i called customer service they proceeded to tell me that if i read their policy online it clearly says that they do not price match. Who is reading thru store policy before going shopping at a store? Ridiculous! The store is sketchy. Wont be back. Not worth the hassle.
