On August 17, 2025, I placed an order for SHILAJIT on the Team Forever 24-7 nl website. Realizing that I had placed the order with the correct address but the wrong door number, I sent a second email within 30 minutes to change the door number, and the company confirmed the address I sent with the correct address and door number.
Despite the second email being approved by them, they ignored it and shipped the order to the incorrect address with the wrong door number, resulting in the package being returned to me.
In the 27 emails I exchanged with them, they refused to acknowledge their mistake, neither reshipping the product to me nor issuing a refund (despite stating on their website that there are no shipping fees, they demanded shipping fees from me).
I do not find them trustworthy in terms of their service philosophy, commitment to principles, and customer satisfaction.
