My name is Andrea, I highly recommend this page to the truth that first it scared me because I only got a single order of 3 that I had ordered. Then I contacted the page via email and they responded at once saying that they were going to solve the problem. Then they reconsidered me again saying that they had already found the other orders and that because of what was happening from cov-19 the shipments were being delayed and if my 2 more packages finally arrived ... if they took to arrive around 3 months But I also understand that it is due to the pandemic and in the end all that is important is that they arrive, that it is a page to trust and if they comply they are pending, they will answer you email and if they solve the problem for you, I really recommend them. 👍

Ordered from this site in November. The order processing was super quick, recieved my tracking info in about 3 days. HOWEVER I never recieved my order. NEVER. I get that there are some hiccups that come along the way. I reached out asking for the whereabouts of my items and I revieved "the package is bound to get lost somewhere". What kind of customer service response is that? 7wks of waiting I still didnt want a refund I wanted my order because it was cute I even asked for a compensation for the wait, give me a discount or something but I got nada. Communication between the supplier and I sucked. We went back and forth via email until they stopped responding after they said "they sent a replacement" and I asked for the replacement tracking info. I never got that either. 8wks in thanks to PayPal I recieved my refund. I will never order from them again. Customer Service is everything and theirs sucks. I wouldn't even give them 1 Star.

I order from this site back in november 27th and I still haven"t received nothing and they gave me a tracking number but its been saying the same thing over 4 weeks (still waithing on package to be shipped to fed ex)DON'T EVER ORDER FROM HERE IT'S A FRAUD

I e placed an order December 7 80.00 purchase. It’s almost a month with no response. Some dumb email. Sorry and tracking information soon. Still nothing. They need to pay for the nonsense they do. I will never order again . I tell everyone that knows that shops on line not to purchase from this place. Clothes are beautiful but their a fraud.

I ordered from this site for my birthday in more than enough time I didn’t receive the package until a week after my birthday an I paid express shipping.I couldn’t even track my order through DHL ,never again

I’ve made a purchase from these fraudulent people on 9/29/19. They have yet to send any package, they do not respond to emails, and they lies about refunding you! It’s been almost 1 month and no package yet!!! My claim has been made with PayPal and it has been escalated To the appropriate department. This place demonstrates bad business, poor customer service, and unprofessionalism!!!!!

I ordered back in December and it's July and I still don't have my items.. Customer service is horrible!! No contact number just email and they hardly respond. I do not recommend this company at all. Spend your money somewhere else!
