Teaches you the base of trading that you could literally learn off youtube and 4.5k of your money honestly wasted they kick you out after your 8 months is over if you miss a face to face they deduct it from the very few that you have no matter what and all the strategys these guys have are self made there is no math there is no real strategy they no nothing all they know is how to use a software to round up your trades and if you leave no u dont get to keep it they will personally block u from using it after your time is up its 1k for another membership after that and i made no money trading only from there online streams and taking trade only they did

We’re surprised to receive this review, especially given you joined our program back in 2023 and never raised any concerns with us during your time here.
To clarify a few key points:
-You did not pay $4.5k for your program.
-You mention being removed after 8 months, however, when your time expired and your program ended, you actually reached out to ask how to renew your access, which suggests you did find value in the experience.
-You also reference "face to face" sessions being deducted unfairly, but in fact, your last rescheduled session was approved as a courtesy due to your personal circumstances, meaning you retained your session even though it fell outside policy.
-As for the strategies we teach: while they are proprietary, they are built on real world trading principles including technical analysis and market structure. They’ve been carefully built and refined over years of back testing and development. These strategies are not only used by our mentors, but also by our students, many of which are very profitable traders.
At no point during your time with us did you express any dissatisfaction. If you were unhappy, you had every opportunity to reach out so we could assist, and we would have. Posting a negative review over a year later, without ever raising concerns directly, feels disingenuous.
That said, we wish you all the best.

Advice for new customers
If you are thinking of joining these guys please get them to send the contract before you pay them any money, since there is a clause in their contract noting any upfront payments are non refundable. Also get them to send a detailed price breakdown for the membership and mentoring sessions. They offer basic training which you can find online for free so anyone thinking of joining please do more research, don’t fall for the advertising and also the way they operate making you feel there is no choice other than go along with the program.

Firstly, it’s important to note that you’ve written ten reviews, each time adding new claims and concerns or deleting and changing your review completely. A review is meant to reflect your experience, not evolve into an ongoing discussion.
You initially requested a refund after actively using our services, citing personal financial difficulties as your reason. Let’s clarify your usage of the program:
You completed 5 out of 6 one-on-one mentoring sessions (83% of the mentoring program).
You accessed all live sessions, materials, and educational content.
You actively participated in our community.
Your refund request was denied because you had already utilised the majority of the services you paid for.
Our terms and conditions, which you agreed to by signing, clearly state our refund policy. These terms are available on our website and provided upon request. You had the opportunity to review and raise any questions or concerns before signing but chose to proceed.
Additionally:
Costs were transparently discussed during your Zoom call with our sales representative.
If you had concerns about the program’s pricing, conditions, or services, why did you:
Willingly make the payment during the Zoom call?
Willingly continue to payout your payment plan? (8 of 12 payments made)
Sign the agreement without raising issues?
Continue to attend sessions, access materials, and use the program extensively?
We even extended a 30 day grace period, later increased to 60 days, to help you manage your financial difficulties. You declined this offer.
While it’s true that we teach basic trading fundamentals, which are widely available online, this is only the starting point of our program. Our comprehensive education goes beyond the basics, including:
Four unique trading strategies tailored for different market conditions.
Custom made trading tools and specific indicators designed to enhance decision making.
Guidance on developing trading routines and personalised trading plans to ensure consistency and discipline.
In depth technical and fundamental market analysis that isn’t readily available online.
Live trading and mentoring sessions with mentors, providing real time insights and hands on learning opportunities that cannot be found elsewhere.
These components are integral to our program and are what set us apart from freely available resources. Our goal is to provide a structured and supportive learning environment that equips our students with the tools and confidence to navigate the markets effectively.
It seems your review differs dramatically from your initial refund request and stems from dissatisfaction with our inability to grant a refund due to personal financial reasons, despite fully utilising the services. This is unfair not only to us but also to other members who honor their commitments.

Amazing, user friendly platform for all levels of experience!
My husband and I have recently been keen to start trading to try and earn some extra income for retirement. As newcomers to the world of trading, it was very intimidating with the complexity of the market. However, Andrew and the team at Forex have made the learning process so much easier.

Thank you for your feedback, though we are unclear about the nature of your concern.
We can confirm that Chris is a part of Forex Platinum Trading (FPT). After investigating, we found that you purchased a service but later contacted Commonwealth Bank to claim the transaction was fraudulent. Notably, the dispute was initiated after payment was made, without any access to our materials or services.
Chris personally contacted you regarding the fraudulent dispute, and during the call, you mentioned that you had no knowledge of the claim and suggested it might have been a mistake made by the bank.
We are now working with Commonwealth Bank to provide evidence, including a recording of your Zoom sales call, the paid invoice, and all relevant communication regarding the sale.
We have also made further attempts to reach you via phone and email to understand your concerns and resolve this matter, but we have not received a response.
We genuinely want to assist and rectify any issues. Please respond to our customer care email at customercare@forexplatinumtrading.com so we can help address the dispute with your bank and work toward a resolution.

I joined the Forex Platinum Trading (FPT) community earlier this year with zero knowledge or experience.
The FPT programs have been well set out providing an online support channel along with introductory videos that go into depth and explanation of Forex Trading. FPT also provide the community with weekly group sessions held by the mentors to further expand your knowledge and skill. The mentors are always helpful and happy to go above and beyond to assist.
By applying myself weekly, joining in on the weekly zoom sessions with the mentors and being part of the community I gathered a great understanding of the charts, learning MT4 & Trading View and how to place trades.
I accelerated with Andrew as my mentor in learning and applying the retrace strategy. Andrew gave me great confidence in myself. I can not give Andrew enough praise in his ability to teach.
