I placed an order on May 2, 2025 paid express shipping and yet to receive anything. These guys should be band from selling. Their customer service is a joke, dodging responsibility and offering zero real solutions. I feel completly scamed by this company, and I wouldn’t trust them with a cent. Stay far away from them. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE SCAM ARTIST AND HAVE NO IDEA WHATS GOING ON!!!!!!!

I ordered the mom shadow box on May 2nd of this year. It was for her birthday and Mother's day that are days apart. I paid express shipping. I still haven't received the gift that I brought for my mother. Customer service keeps giving the same automated message through email. Very disappointed.

Very bad company. Mothers day gift still has not arrived. It was promised to arrive before Mothers day and still has not come. They offered 5 percent back when the item arrives. At this point , I do not want it and they do not offer refunds. Stay far away from this place. You will regret it

I ordered a Father’s Day gift from Forlovergift, and it was a disaster. It arrived late, was completely wrong, and despite approving a mockup, they sent me something entirely different. They had the audacity to offer me €10 back on a €75 purchase, and then tried to make me pay for return shipping.

I wouldn't recommend this company. I ordered mine on the 1st they said it would be here by mother's day. I checked on it and they said it won't be here till days after mother's day. I reached out to them and they apologized. But did nothing to remedy the situation. Spend alot of money on it and now I have to go out a spend more money to buy something else. Not a way to run a company.

The quality is top-notch, and the personalized details are perfect. The customer service was friendly and quick to respond too.

The item was received 2 weeks after mothersday and was not how we had asked for it to be made. I have autistic children and they were totally distraught. They wanted to buy mummy a gift from money there Nan had gave them before she died. The item we received was not what we ordered ⚠️PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY YOU WILL BE SCAMMED⚠️

Do not buy off this company they messed my personalised picture they wrote a offensive message on it and then tried blaming me and refuse to give you a refund and ask for you to send it back but I have to pay for it the company is a joke I’m now having to go through my bank to get money back hopefully will get sorted now but do not Evan attempt to get money back through there customer serves they simply refuse

Love the flower shadow box! It’s even prettier than I imagined. The flowers look amazing. I will definitely order more as gifts!

Ordered thinking it was very thoughtful gift for birthday gift ordered on 31st march 2025 we are now 17th April 2025 and still no parcel and advertising 3-5 days delivery definitely not 3-5 days delivery, ask for refund all they keep saying why just wait bit longer . Erm do not think waiting long enough for my parcel plus false advertising of 3-5 days delivery.
Never again will I use this company avoid at any cost .
Literally customer service was appalling telling just wait bit longer .

Gift turned up damaged, sent a picture to them showing the screen smashed with a puncture hole through the packaging, 3 weeks later and they still have not refunded me after numerous promises. Just some dodgy chinese company, DO NOT ORDER

I've ordered a lot of personalized gifts over the years, but this one really stands out. The attention to detail is amazing, and it’s so heartfelt.

WARNING - Please do not buy from this company. The product you get is extremely poor quality and when you complain you'll be offered a 10% refund. As others have written its a scam.

Horrible company they take your money They don’t even deliver your product to you . They have someone take a picture in there car and fake like they delivering it to you

Complete fraud!! Items I ordered turned up but ABSOLUTELY NOTHING like the pictures on the website!! I've been emailing back and forth to try to get them redone but they are absolutely useless and won't admit their website is a total fraud! DO NOT BUY from them!
