At first I hesitated because of bad reviews，When I clicked on the website, I found it was a brand new website. The products are different. The payment method is Paypal only,
I want to change another style of the dress,after 1 hour payment, after communicating with customer service, they refunded part of the price difference. 20 days after receiving the goods, I found that the chiffon dress suits me well. Thx.

I bought a dress online as per the listed sizings which I received within the allocated time frame (I'll give them that) but the dress did not fit, nor did it look anything like what I ordered. When I contacted customer service to seek a refund I was told that the dress was the correct size but if I was having issues to get it tailored. I advised that I got the size correct however the dress that was sent to me was smaller than the "standard sizing". They replied that all their sizes fluctuate by 1 inch "either way" and that there is one inch worth of material to get the dress altered. Even IF that material is there, one inch will not make up the difference in the dress that was MADE too small.
They're also operating as an "Australian store" when they're clearly not which is even more infuriating.

I'm now stuck with a $200 dress that I cant wear and have to somehow fork out more money to buy another one.

I wish there was just a way to shut down scams like this!!

The dress i had ordered was too small for my body even though it was my regular size. It was two sizes too small, after putting a ticket in it took three days of trying to contact them did they actually reply. It took several attempts to achieve nothing. The policies to protect us from scams really are FAKE! Don't every order from this company.

I purchased a beautiful A line dress for my year 12 formal and was super excited as the picture featured on the website was absolutely breathtaking. When i received the dress it was a totally different style and cut to what was described. The 'A line' dress actually has a mermaid tail style and therefore does not fit my body shape. After contacting the company relentlessly, they have refused to give me a refund or exchange. I am very unhappy as my year 12 formal is only 11 weeks away and i now need to find another dress and i've wasted over $250 of my hard earned money on a dress that i can never wear due to the wrong description of the dress from the company. I wish i could write a glowing review but they have only been unhelpful and not understanding. Do not buy from this company.

Worst online shop ever. Very poor quality. My dress didn't look like in the picture at all. It had no shape to it and it was just very disappointing. I will never buy from this website again and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

DO NOT purchase from this online store. I received my dress and it looks nothing like the images displayed. It looked really cheap and the sequins/beading looked horrible. I left them a negative review on the dress and they deleted it!!!
Yes they are cheap but the dresses are horrible and not as imaged.

Would never buy from formaldresdaustralia again. Been waiting over a month for my dress and still not received them. I told them the day and event I needed my dress. They said they would have it on time for me but just lied and when I messaged them about my dress they did not even send it and it was 3days before my event. They told me they Would send it the
day I emailed them. So who knows when I'll get my dress. Very unhappy and will never go to this company again.
