Ordered a Wardrobe back in August 2010. To date it has yet to arrive, I have been told that there were difficulties, but the answers are never very satisfactory. The were quick to take nearly £500.00 for a product that has never been delivered.

Still trying to get my money back after I paid for an item (7 months ago) that was never delivered.

Ordered 2 bedside cabinets. I was told 2-3 weeks delivery. Eventually they were delivered after 2 months, however the cabinets didn't match. After a week of phone calls and e-mails they eventually agreed to replace them. They told me the replacements would be with me in 2-3 weeks. After 4 weeks, I contacted them. They then told me my cabinets had been discontinued and would have to replace them with a new product. They obviously hadn't ordered the replacements. Every time I phoned, I was fobbed off with "they will arrive in 1 week" or "someone will ring you back" - they never did and they stopped responding to my e-mails. 3 months after the faulty furniture was delivered, I still hadn't received my replacements. Only after I sent a recorded delivery letter to the MD threatening legal action if my complaint wasn't rectified in 14 days time did I receive my furniture. The cabinets eventually delivered just as the 14 days were up. Happy with the product but not with the service. I think that if I had not threatened to go to court, I would still have the faulty cabinets. Will NEVER use again.

I was doubtful of recieving my goods after reading the reviews written about the company. The communication is poor but I have recieved the dressing table today which was perfect and wrapped very well. I am very pleased with the product and had no trouble at all recieving the table in the promised time. Delivery company are excellent. The dressing table was also £100 cheaper than other furniture companies. Thanks to both Fornisca and delivery company.

Wardrobe ordered in white, turned up and it was not a white wardrobe, but very definitel;y a cream wardrobe, took me about 1 month to get it collected and now trying to get refund sorted, though nothign yet....

Couldn't supply goods after 3 months so cancelled. No refund after 4months of lying promises - cheque on its way etc. Keep away from this lot. My bank is investigating.

I have waited 2 weeks from receiving the wardrobe in the wrong colours that I would have to pay £105 to get the correct wardrobes re-delivered plus a £25 fee... the man was rude, laughed at me on the phone and told me that I would have to pay and there is nothing they could do - After checking the terms - nowhere does it stipulate this in case of an error and the error wasn't even my fault. I'm disgusted and wIll NEVER use this company again - STAY AWAY!!!

I am in the process of getting my credit card company to check this company for fraud. I made an order on the 18th of April and was told it would take 2-3 weeks for delivery.. The value of the product was in Euro's and when I recieved my credit card statement yesterday the transaction was in sterling. I tried calling this company all morning and the line is no longer active. I checked with Eircom who have confirmed this. I also rang the UK number which is also no longer active. My order on the website, two weeks later is still in the "processing" stage. I have emailed the company but of no surprise there has been no reply. This company has scammed me of hundreds and will more than likely continue to do it for as long as they get away with it. They are currently under investigation by my credit card company who can hopefully get a stop to this.

I placed an order with Fornisca on the 29th March and was told that it would take three week to deliver. After four weeks I didn't hear anything so i tried calling Fornisca. It took me three days of constant calling to get someone to answer the phone. When I got through I was put on-hold and was informed that the order status would be checked. Instead of coming back to me while on-hold the customer service rep left a message on my mobile phone telling me that it would be another three weeks before my order would be received. This company could not even tell me the bad news in person. The entire experience with Fornisca has been totally unsatisfactory. I would not even consider this company in the future nor would I recommend this company to anyone else. I'm still waiting for my order.
