Terrible experience. I ordered in early December and despite paying upfront, delivery took over 6 weeks. Communication was almost non-existent and I only got updates after repeatedly reaching out.

When the package finally arrived, I had to pay an additional €70 in customs/import fees, which was not clearly communicated beforehand.

Worst part: the caps arrived dirty/stained, basically looking like used items. Completely unacceptable for “new” products.

Overall: massive delays, poor communication, unexpected extra costs, and bad product condition. Will not order again.

My hat which I had shipped from the USA to the UK came with stains on the front of the hat. (Even though they state each item is thoroughly checked before shipping)

Spoke to online help, they said they cannot offer a refund or an exchange. They only gave me 25% off my next order.

Do not order for them. You will NOT get any help with defective products. I’m taking it further with the consumer law act.

Shocking.

Update: after taking it further and informing the company I have made a dispute with my bank, they have magically said they will give me a full refund for the defective product. I still don’t recommend ordering. If you have a problem they will not sort it.

Very poor quality and very very overpriced. He explained to me it’s a designer brand, which made me laugh. No returns and refunds even when trying to talk to customer service. Getting a mystery box that’s suppose to be $105 worth of stuff and getting a pair of socks and shorts, very sad. Don’t even think designer brands do mystery boxes. Not only when I try to explain I wanted store credit so I could maybe get something better for my bf that would be worth $105. The CEO refused and the way he responded definitely showed I’m not the only one who has complained.

Slow to ship. I placed my order on october 11th, it is now october 22nd and I have yet to get any sort of tracking number or confirmation of shipping.

Expensive and poor quality t-shirts. Sad because they have good design concepts. They put them in really low quality and poor fitted shirts and over price them by a LOT. Plus they don’t have a return policy, which is BS. They apparently know their quality is bad and won’t stand behind it otherwise.

They have the most creative designer clothing for affordable prices. Their website layout is customer friendly and they always hit you up with their latest stuff. 10/10
