It was an amazing experience with great food and service. Would definitely come back again.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff was absolutely incredible — so kind, welcoming, and accommodating throughout our entire visit. They truly went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and taken care of.

The hotel itself was beautiful, clean, and had an amazing atmosphere. Everything exceeded our expectations. The food was also really great, with plenty of delicious options to enjoy.

Excellent facilities in a gorgeous environment. Very clean and well taken care of. Friendly staff. We stayed in the hotel which was a big room very comfortable beds and had a wonderful meal and breakfast at the restaurant. An amazing 24 hours. I would highly recommend for a relaxing getaway.

Fantastic resort. It is a truly unique experience and the hospitality of the staff was the cherry on tbe top. We booked the Bali experience, and we would very highly recommend it. You wouldn't go wrong with any other package though.

It was a pleasant staying. I only missed a fridge in the room, I never saw a hotel of this class without a fridge.
Overall the people very polite and welcoming.

I absolutely loved our stay.
Two remarks: we stayed in a room, very big, but the toilet has no doors!!! I personaly don't like that, so make sure to ask in case you would also prefer privacy in the toilet.
The vegetarian/vegan menu was a bit disappointing. The poke bowl was served full of mayonese as a decoration, which is not listed as ingredient, it was very unpleasant, specially if you want to continue enjoying the spa after dinner. For the rest it was lovely and I can't wait to come back.

The service, food and SPA was really good but the room was little bit cold. The receptionist gave ua a extra heater but it is bit loud. Three years in a row me and my friend came to the fort resort for my birthday and time to time we visited as well.

Excellent people, excellent features and excellent service. We booked 2 nights to stay, and we are just impressed from how important attention to detail is. The food, people, and service were exceptional and made our stay even better. The wellness areas were always kept at the highest standard of hygiene, which was essential to us. You can tell that the maintenance team is on top of everything! Highly recommended for people who want to lay back and relax!

Loved our stay at Fort Resort!!! Such friendly and helpful staff, beautiful and unusual setting and incredible saunas & pools. Could have happily spent days here. The 4 course meal at Poterne was fantastic. I can't understand where the negative comments about the restaurant come from. My wife and I loved it. Up there with some of the best restaurants we have eaten at. The sauna rituals were great - from the traditional sessions to the lively and amusing one with music. So much choice, with the scrubs and singing bowl session too. Our massages were top level too. Only slight negative was a disturbing dripping sound during the night in our room but I guess an old fort is difficult to sound-proof. Can’t believe any genuine guests can have anything but praise for this brilliant spa!

Service is great, food, quality of room and spa. Guest services gave us a lovely gift for my boyfriend birthday. Everything was perfect. Thank you

So far this is the best SPA I've been to in the Netherlands. Amazing rooms as well to stay for a night or two.

I went there a few months ago and a member of staff stood on my ray-ban sunglasses that were on the floor next to the entrance of a sauna, with so much force that it left big marks on both lenses, making them completely unusable. Yes, they had a space for glasses, which I hadn't seen, however mine were in a very safe spot and totally out of the way, which made me believe that Fort Resort Beemster were responsible for this and should have compensated me financially, as a way of replacing them. I offered for the amount to reflect the time I had owned the sunglasses, but they refused and only offered 2 free entries instead. Not happy at all with the way they handled my complaint so 1-star it is.

I really enjoyed my stay - the stuff was kind and welcoming. My room was clean and tidy. The spa is one of the best spa’s in the Netherlands - it offers a diverse range of saunas and rituals. They even have a snow machine!

The staff was very nice and helpful. Beautiful setting and spa facilities. Large and comfortable room.
