First, Trisha and then Jaime, the support team did a very good job. For almost an hour, my computer was serviced and in the end it ran like new! I really enjoyed the support and mostly, the end result.

I signed up for a 1 year subscription to Superantispyware for £17.99 annually.
Six months later I noticed they were taking £17.94 out of my account. (What the UK Money Saving Expert website calls "Zombie subscriptions". Their article on this prompted me to check payments going out of my account, which is when I noticed the payments. Because of how they take the payments it doesn't show up in my regular direct debits)
When I finally got through to them on the Superantispyware web chat after several ignored emails they replied from an address of a company called USTechSupport. They had signed me up for a monthly technical support line service I hadn't asked for and didn't need.
That explained the spam messages I had been recieving from USTechSupport which, as I'd never heard of them went straight to my spam folder. In disputing the charges I also got emails from an organisation called Iolo.com, which further confuses the issue.
So beware! If you think you've signed up for a year with Superantispyware the small print signs you up to USTechSupport for a monthly fee unless you cancel it. I didn't get the email saying they were going to charge this, presumably as it came from USTechSupport so went to my spam folder.
When I complained and cancelled they only refunded the last month. So I've been scammed out of £89.70 for a service I never knowingly requested or needed.
SuperScamware indeed!

Used to be a good company. I've given a few chances, and gotten 0 replies to any of my tech support needs, help of any kind. They require your email and phone number, I said text only, I have not gotten any emails,or texts from this company. Are they just calling me even though I've said not to? Customer of years, if I don't get a reply by the end of this month, I'll take my business elsewhere, and suggest others do the same. Super Antispyware, check if there's a communication issue there, or your inbox is just full, because for some reason you nolonger reply to support requests!

Constant pop up saying there is an update. There is no update just buy the full version. This happens multiple times a day. Even during games and videos. Highly invasive. Ive used for years will never be using it again. Making sure family and friends do the same. Another aggressive harrasment company pushing their product down your throat. IM DONE WITH IN. GOOD RIDDANCE!

This time, accidentally deleted something unknowingly and didn't know how to get it back in place but knew exactly where to go to get it fixed! Contacted and resolved within an hour.

Although I love the tech support and the people are super accommodating and they get the job done.
The sales people told me tech support covered everything cell phones, printers, computers, internet issues. they never told me I was limited to "ONE" computer, cell phone etc..... prior to the sale!
I found out when I called for tech help. So much for full disclosure prior to the sale! They did take my money without full disclosure.
