I admit that I am NOT good at this computer stuff!!! And need help on any given day. I love USTechSupport!

First of all, I love that you are a phone call away. I could be working on a document when my computer decides to go stupid. This can happen late at night! This time the computer and wireless printer were not recognizing each other. I couldn't turn off printer with the button. Hade to unplug. It would not reboot sigh...Tried at least 4X. Over the past 2 days. So painful. John my tech called me after I came home from work. I love that he can get in remotely and fix issues. I explained what the issues were. He not only fixed the problem but put a button at the bottom of my screen so I can easily go to my printer/scanner.
YAHOO!!! I have been using your company for years now. I am not computer savy. Your techs LISTEN to what the problem is and fix it!! They will sometimes make helpful suggestions on how to do things.

purchased mycleanpc program and had a problem installing because of eset antinvirus software.. Mackey solved the problem and I am up and running mycleanpc software.
