HR Recruiter Reaches Out To Me For an Interview with NO JOB - TWICE

A recruiter emailed me for a manager's position a month after I told his fellow recruiter that the salary was too low. He insisted that the position I turned down a month earlier was a coordinator role! I'm not sure how a recruiter doesn't know what position I interviewed for, in addition to my 5 years of experience. I found my experience with ForwardPMX to be unprofessional, unorganized and not a place I would want to work. BTW, the recruiter did the same thing to me at his previous employer.
