I ordered 3 hats for my sons and husband with their names. I waited several weeks for my order and when I finally received my order, one of the hats had the wrong name on it. I tried contacting them and they refused to refund my money or send me the right product without me paying to ship the incorrect item back. Total scam.

I literally just ordered my product like 10 mins ago so I cannot leave a review at this time. However, I am super nervous as I am worried this website is possibly a scam and I might never receive the product. I’m hoping that’s not the case because my daughter is going to LOVE her gift if and when it comes. So fingers crossed this is legit and I didn’t waste $50. Also, an expected delivery date would have been nice!

Horrible customer service. I have been writing several emails & they still haven't managed to answer a simple question, whether the men's wallet is out of real leather & where it will be shipped from. The first email they ignored and all the others they responded with the same, probably automated email: We can't find your order. "Please tell us the delivery name and email of your order package. We need them to check your order."

After my first email where it was explicitly mentioned that i have not purchased or ordered anything, but simply wanting an answer before I do, they are obviously ignoring the question, consequently damaging their own credibility & reliability.

Very quick and easy to place an order. Updates on the order very appreciated. Will update as the process continues.

First time ordering from the company and order process was very easy and sufficient. I'm excited to see my wife face when I give her the sweater . A+ so far and definitely going to purchase more

I like my wallet in the picture . I hope it will same as in the picture. But why they didnt mention the delivery date as i am excited to know about my husband surprise. 😄

I would give zero stars if I could. Absolutely terrible service. I would avoid buying from this company. I ordered a 23cm XL bracelet with 3 name beads. They sent me the wrong smaller size which will not close on my wrist. I contacted them immediately to advise them of their error and they requested a picture which I sent them. I have sent them a further 5 emails since then and they have ignored every one of them. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

I would give zero if I could also. I ordered a custom hammer for my father and a father son custom hat combo 3 weeks prior to Father’s Day and they emailed me saying they never got the customizations. I emailed them back a screenshot of the order number as well as the customizations of each order and they told me I need to type it all out. Back and forth with the emails. Still haven’t received anything and they won’t refund. Awful customer service it’s true they reply with the same things but the best one yet was the last one where they addressed me as “hammar” and send a photo of a coin with Chinese letters. I had had it at that point. I lost my money. I’m done. Don’t DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THIS PLACE.
