No refunds or order change

I emailed the customer help an hour after my order was placed and they couldn’t change a simple detail in my order. I spent close to $1000 and they wouldn’t work with me. Awful customer service for a mediocre product at best. If I could give this business zero stars I would.

I spent 3 hours with live chat to make…

I spent 3 hours with live chat to make a simple purchase, promo code didn't work, payment had issues, and couldn't proceed. Then I was charged but didn't get a notification or email but my bank sent me an SMS that the amount was charged. Talked again with customer support and ended up not buying anything. I'm not a person who writes reviews, but this case just freaks me out. 3 hours I spent 3 hours on simple tasks in 2024.. still can't believe it.

Garbage

Purchased watch online specifically because of their express shipping was 1-2 business days. 20hrs later receive an email stating it would be delivered in seven days (FIVE BUSINESS DAYS). Unbelievable.

Awful awful company

Absolutely dreadful company to deal with, every little thing seems to cause a headache. Delivery on one item took much longer than suggested, apparently this was due to 'payment issues'. However, they had no problem taking payment for other parts of the order. Couldn't even refund the correct amount and had to chase multiple times for the rest of the refund, which I am still waiting on and they won't give me a timeframe on when to expect this.

Wished I read the reviews before I purchased a bracelet . have been trying to send the bracelet back for over 3 weeks when am putting my details in to send it back they don’t recognise any of my details however they sent the item very quickly with the same details so frustrating . Will never purchase anything again from this company

Fossil apostle.

Bought new Fossil watch seven years ago,
For thirty-four pounds the price was low.
Looked million dollars a 'Rolex' some thought,
Most reliable watch I'd ever bought.

Timepiece eventually gave up the ghost,
A fiver a year a bargain to boast,
Quality watch needs not cost pretty penny,
In maintenance, and servicing charged for by many.

Saw tv ads for Christopher Ward
'Affordable' promises didn't seem untoward.
Until I looked them up on line,
Priced and hyped as if connoisseur's wine.

Went back to Fossil, selection galore,
Prices still reasonable, choices much more.
My needs from a watch two reasons sublime,
They don't cost a fortune and tell the right time!

Had a Fossil Gen6 Smartwatch

Had a Fossil Gen6 Smartwatch. The crown pusher stopped working. Only way to turn it on was to connect to charger. Everything else worked fine. Just outside of warranty. I was prepared to pay for repair. After being without my watch for nearly a month they emailed saying "sorry we cannot repair it" They offered me a 30% off discount on condition they keep my watch. What a cheek. So I bought their watch costing over £200 pounds but they want to keep it if I accept their 30% off offer? To add insult to injury I discovered they no longer sell smart watches. I ended up buying the OnePlus Watch2. 12 day battery life. Amazing. I got £175.00 off with NHS discount, plus another £20 discount and free earbuds and an additional charge dongle. Buy anything Fossil again? NOT A CHANCE! Your brand is dead to me! Great Customer Service. HELL NO! :=(

I recently sent My smart watch that wa covered under warenty back to the repair place as it was continually disconnecting from my phone and the smart watch would no sync properly. Or stay connected.

Fossil failed to repair the item. Offered a voucher as theh couldn't repair or replace the item like for like as they no longer sell smart watches. I was then told there was nothing more I could do and theh won't refund the faulty watch which they failed to repair as its over 30 days old. Even though it's developed an internal fault which was out of my control. An internal part has failed Iver time.

Customer service was awful. I'm.devastated hve spent alot on this watch
They have admitted it is faulty and can not repair it so are now saying their is nothing more they can do even though it's covered under warenety. They tried to offer me a voucher but they couldn't produce a like for like product. As no longer sell smart watches.

I'm really not happy with the lack of help.
As a company admiting annitem isnat fault and thehbcan not repair it. I would advise not using this company as ive been treated appallingly for a faulty item.

I recently sent my watch to the Fossil…

I recently sent my watch to the Fossil repair warehouse because it was skipping time, and my experience was deeply disappointing. Despite clearly explaining the issue, it seems my concerns were not taken seriously. After waiting for three weeks, I received my watch back with the same problem. It's evident that no real effort was made to diagnose or fix the issue. This lack of attention to customer concerns and inefficient service is unacceptable. I expected much better from Fossil.

Avoid buying gift vouchers!!

Friend got vouchers as what they wanted to buy me as a gift was not in stocks. This was at the advice of the sales assistant. Unfortunately you cannot use the gift vouchers online. I emailed and they would not allow refund. This has to be one of the worst examples of customer service. What kind of company doesn't allow gift vouchers to be used on line. The nearest store is miles away and they don't have the watch in stock!!! Rubbish. Avoid buying vouchers with them.

Try not to focus on negative reviews

I panicked a little after seeing the negative reviews after placing an order, so I thought I’d come here to leave some positive feedback!

Ordered my boyfriend a watch on 30/05/24 and the watch has arrived today 05/06/24- which was well within the 4-8 working day estimation for UK delivery. The dispatch information was accurate and it was delivered in lovely packaging with no damage. The watch is exactly what I wanted and I am so pleased I got it engraved as it’s such a lovely touch.

Rate minus 1 star. The first time they changed the battery fine, second time chipped the paint off the back and the watch stopped working. They told me it need a new movement cost to replace £44. After 6 months the battery went so went to a local Skagen dealer. He noticed the second hand was out of alignment and it had been rubbing on the watch face. Sent back they repaired it free of charge but now it will run for a few hours before stopping. This is how a FOSSIL brand repairer works. Just don't bother. It also took over two months to get this sorted

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Fossil. My recent order has been delayed for over a month, rendering the product useless to me. This item was intended as a gift from my parents, and the delay has completely ruined the surprise.

Despite reaching out to Fossil support over ten times, I have received nothing but misleading and unhelpful responses. The customer service chat is a nightmare to navigate, and it feels like I'm talking to an automated system with canned responses.

Throughout this ordeal, no one from Fossil has bothered to reach out and update me on the status of my order. I've made it clear multiple times that I no longer want the product and just want a refund, but my requests seem to fall on deaf ears.

I cannot recommend Fossil based on this experience. The lack of communication and poor customer service have left me frustrated and exhausted. If you're considering shopping here, I would advise against it until they improve their service.
