Terrible customer service

My address was correct, but Fossil made an error, returned the order, and their customer service, with impoliteness, issued a refund without my request. These watches, intended as a wedding gift, wasted ten days of my time! Terrible customer service, the worst shopping experience.

Bad quality, bad customer service

Fossil does not make me happy with my purchase. I received a damage item and i sent them a proof that it is damage via email. They make me to go to fedex to return the item. Id rather throw it away and get a refund. But they wouldnt let me do that (they always said the system wont allow us to do that). I will not pay one cent for that damage/ used ugly item. Im so disappointed with fossil and their customer care service (live agent or their supervisor). I never received such an ugly and defective item when i shop online. I called customer service for hours since last night. First they gave me $25 off discount that doesnt work. And they offer me to give 2 items for free (after that they keep transferring me to a different agent and supervisor). And after all the trouble i still have to go to fedex to return the damage item just for a refund. I cant believe i have such a bad experience with fossil. They send me a damage item and they asked me to return it. It doesnt even make sense.

Never received my item that I ordered 6…

Never received my item that I ordered 6 weeks ago. I had no shipping or tracking updates then had a email saying it was send back so they said they had to refund me but I did not want to be refunded as I was just going to order again. I went to order again and the item was out of stock. I am not a happy customer! This company is a joke and not helpful when you ring the customer service. All I can say is stay clear of Fossil.

You will not receive anything

Like literally everyone else on here I wish I had read these before ordering. If you are lucky enough to be reading my review now before ordering, count yourself lucky!

I placed an order on the 27th Nov, it is now the 14th Dec, no parcel, no tracking - nothing.

The customer service reps are the worst I have ever come across. They just keep saying they will contact the warehouse for an update (they have said this about 7 times, no warehouse update… shock).

At this point I’m fairly certain they have just taken my money and have no intent to deliver the item or refund me.

Please, dear god, in a time where money is becoming so tight for people - do not throw it away here.

Delivery late but received

Ordered on 27th November. Got the email saying it was shipped with a tracking number. Read reviews after ordering. Was so panic.
Waited for 5 working days. Tracking details never updated. Called customer care on 7th of December afternoon. Had a less waiting time and responded well. Order arrived next day. Nicely packed and satisfied with the products

Order before read the reviews 🤬 I am not happy at all.

Placed my order on the 1st of December, my husband placed another order after me. His arrived 4 days after with no issues by Ups. Mine.... Oh dear... I complained a week ago, because it was not even dispached, they change it after my message and I got the tracking saying that royal mail was expecting, since 5th December didn't change.. Complained again today is all excuses about warehouse and bla bla bla. Christmas presents that I need this week and will not arrive. Never again. First and last order!!!!

Item not delivered

Oh dear i should have read the reviews before I ordered. Same problem as most of the people on here. Given a dispatch email with a tracking number. Two weeks later still showing as not received by Royal Mail and Fossil customer service fobbing me off with nonsense about talking to the warehouse and updating me. So far no update received - not holding my breath. Fossil used to be a reputable brand - clearly not anymore and I won't be buying from them again.

Watch not fit for purpose

I bought a watch for my son's 21st as you could get it engraved. It's a lovely looking watch but it was constantly losing time. I sent it back for repair and they changed the entire insides of the watch. It seemed alright for a few weeks but is now again constantly losing time and the date has also become inaccurate jumping forward. I've been unable to get a satisfactory response from customer services and I've been waiting and waiting for a call from a manager to no avail. COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME DO NOT BUY FROM FOSSIL IF YOU WANT A WATCH TO CORRECTLY TELL THE TIME. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON EXISTANT.

Issue sorted fast

Ordered before reading the reviews on here due to it being a known brand. Then I started to panic when it didn’t arrive on time. Tried to contact the company on an afternoon but I was waiting 30 mins to be booted from the chat. The following morning I was straight through and they asked me to give it another week. The shipping information changed on the product that evening and arrived the following day. No complaints about the necklace and packaged well.

Absolutely appalled

Absolutely appalled. Two orders placed neither of which have arrived. Customer services completely useless giving out lies about contacting the warehouse and getting back to you - the one I spoke to today even admitted they don't do anything as they don't have the authority. I just want my money back FOSSIL and promise you I will NEVER order from you again and will make sure others know not to as well.

Warning - do not buy online ever !!

I ordered 3 handbags online in November and despite the payment being taken no goods have arrived.
You cannot ring to speak to anyone because the phone rings then disconnects automatically. I emailed them and got a reply to say they would let the relevant department know! An absolutely useless response which subsequently hasn't been followed up with anything after I replied asking for specific clarification about the delivery.
Every day I go on the bot chat and I am told the parcel will be delivered and yet when I track the package on royal mail they haven't even received it into their system!
This is shocking and an absolute rip off I thought fossil was a reputable company hence I didn't think to read any reviews.
I have no doubt I will never receive the goods and have lost the 200 pounds spent. Just a word of warning to anyone else don't buy anything with your hard earned money from this company because it is literally awful!!

Their online shopping portal is horrible. I can't believe that you can't even place an order. When I called Customer service, they hung up both times, even without speaking to me. Will never shop again here.

Never received the product

My boyfriend bought me a watch as a present, on the 15 of Nov. It was on discount at that time a good price. Today is the 5th of December, and we still didn't receive the watch. He called Royal Mail and apparently the item went missing and they told us to call the company. He called customer care, and they were only able to refund the item, but I wanted the watch at the price I paid. Then they said to call next day and speak to the manager. Which my boyfriend did today, but the guy at the phone said he will solve the problem, where my boyfriend said he spoke yesterday has a reference number and would like to speak to a manager... long story short he wasn't able to speak to one and no useful help provided. We will have to call then again tommorow, to repeat the same process. Also they said the only way to receive it at the same price was for them to issue a refund, then we have to buy the item again, and contqct them again to issue a refund on the amount we paid more. Which for me doesn't make sense and seems to long and complicated. But I was going to do it, until I saw that the item was out of stock. 😒 so now I don't have my Christmas present because of them and royal mail. 👎👎👎👎

Great customer service

Went into Livingston Fossil outlet today and the worker Craig made sure everything was perfect. Sized the watch multiple times to make it perfect. Matched the online price. Would highly recommend brilliant customer service not my first time being in and certainly not my last will definitely be back. Thanks Craig.

Kamikaze customer service

What a shame…I’ve been buying from Fossil for years without issue until this year (bar one delivery issue which Fossil were very quick yo offer solutions to). On this occasion my order failed to process as it timed out but the paypal transaction appear on my account. When I contacted the care team they offered empty apologies but would not offer the same discount as I had achieved on the original purchase, instead 20%, despite being happy to wait on stock. I have fallen into collecting these watches over at least the past 5 years buying probably one of their first mechanical watches, but won’t be a returning customer now. Another watch brand it is!

How can the customer service go from so good to so bad.

Sent me the wrong product that was a birthday present. Didn’t respond for month by email or phone. Now offering me to GO to fedex return it and get my money back. After multiple calls and emails. At this point I may have to call the credit card company and report them as scammers bc that’s what they are

Poor quality and worse customer care

The pendant necklace I ordered came entangled onto itself, having formed a knot as a result of its shoddy packaging that was difficult to untie because of the pendant's delicate nature. It was obvious there was no care put into the packaging despite the hefty price tag.

To make matters worse, the customer service experience has been extremely frustrating, with repeatedly unclear instructions that are clearly written by a bot. I have repeatedly sent countless documents of invoices and product photos in the various file formats they requested and they still are asking for the same in other formats.
