We were extremely pleased with the communication, professionalism, and fast responsiveness. The beautiful dress arrived in just 8 days (from order to delivery) from California to Slovenia! We highly recommend them without any hesitation.

I found a great dress that costs $2000 then upon reading their return policy - i decided not to make the purchase - this company need to play by the game rules, you can’t expect every (pre-ordered) dress to fit a person making an online purchase perfectly and you can’t trap them in to buy something else then also don’t get the opportunity to change if they didn’t like it.

I totally understand the Pre-order costs and i think you need to think about a more customer fair policy that balance ur true costs vs the customer’s right to not like the service you provided.
Every business have some running losses too that their profit margins should be covering for regardless so im thinking your business model is just not right and prevents ALOT of potential customers..

I have gone on several websites looking for a birthday dress and each time I received a dress it was not as described. I was unsure if Fostani would deliver. I ordered two birthday dresses from them. The first one came exactly as described. I am still waiting for the second dress to arrive but I have no doubts that it will be exactly as described. They answered every question I had promptly. Voice messages I left were returned and questions were answered. The dress arrived and was packaged well. It was absolutely stunning! After the dress arrived, I actually got a follow-up from them on WhatsApp asking whether I liked the dress, etc. The customer service is on point! I actually brought two dresses from them and they even gave me a discount. I don’t know what more I could have asked for.

They are truly amazing! They have a very special collection of dresses. My wife was a bit confused when I first entered the site, but the customer service team helped her every step of the way until she chose the perfect dress, and it was wonderful. I can only say thank you to the Fostani team for caring about the small details that really make a difference.

I purchased a Della Couture dress-a 5 to 6 weeks pre-order. Surprisingly, I received my dress in less than a month and this after I requested a size change. The dress was just stunning and beautiful. All my worries about arrival time and what it would look like went away when I took it out the box and tried it on-I felt like a queen. Love the dress and would definitely recommend Fostani..

Great site to buy formal dresses. I have ordered two dresses from here in the past year. They gave me the best prices, the dresses were shipped quickly, and when they arrived they were perfect! I called with a question for the first order and the person I spoke with was knowledgeable and professional. He also told me of a coupon I was unaware of. I would order from here over and over again.

Incredible experience with Fostani and could not recommend more! They stock a huge range of designers and work directly with the designer of the dress I picked (Tarik Ediz). I was very anxious my dress would not arrive on time as it was being made and especially as I was ordering from the UK. But the team were beyond helpful, despite a difference in time zones - their whatsapp feature was so helpful in quick communication and they reassured me my dress would arrive in time, and it did! I also had time to alter the length. The size chart is exact and precise for each designer and I was not charged any customs with my dress. The dress came directly from the designer house and was the original which I am so happy with! I will be visiting the fostani website for ANY future occasion I have!! Thank you so much Fostani you are all amazing!!

I am from Saudi Arabia and I have ordered from Fostani.com , the first time was two years ago and the second time just two weeks ago. I purchased dresses from the Mac Duggal brand. Their service is good and the shipping was fast, although the prices are a bit high and I had to pay additional delivery fees upon receipt. Customer service is very responsive and helpful. Overall, I had a positive experience and I will definitely order from them again in the future.
