Fast, product as expected. Was used Canon R5c
No box etc but that’s fine. Only thing was didn’t come with a canon battery it was a third party and it’s absolutely rubbish and loses power in half the time as a canon one. Lucky I have more.

Everything was perfect :) customer service is really good and their replies were helpful and fast. The product itself is amazing (Kodak FZ55) and the prices were good.

Got my product very fast even within the Black Week. They also refunded the product partly for being even cheaper at Black Friday.
I ordered a product 8 days ago, but they didn't ship it yet although they write 4-7 workingdays delivery.
Customer service says they ordered it, and they let me know as soon as it arrives to them. 😱
No sorry, no time estimation, no nothing.
