Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. Moved to Germany from the Netherlands where I was a big fan of fotofabriek and had used the platform for a dozen of photo books, large prints and cards. From the German branch, not a single order ever arrived as ordered (cards were missing envelopes, or tape had been forgotten to add to the package of prints). But the most frustrating experience was that I created a photo book - twice: days of work each time. Whenever I was ready and wanted to transition to preview/order, the project disappeared even though I had saved it before repeatedly. Now, if that's not enough, the customer service blamed me, did not apologize, make any effort to help and explore with their IT, nor did they attempt to make up for it and keep me as a customer. Really disheartening.
