Very unpleasant
Sorry about writing in English; it's the best way for me to express my true feelings. I bought a camera from these people some time ago. Yesterday the shutter broke, which is why I was reminded of them again.
The male salesperson came across as extremely unfriendly. During the sale I tried to engage him in conversation about the camera, but his only concern was for me to stick my Dankort into his machine and get me out of his shop. My feeling was that he was one of those people who didn't like foreigners, but after reading some of the other reviews here, it seems that he just doesn't like customers in general. It is a mystery to me how he can still be in business. It's been a few years since I dealt this company, and I still have a bad taste in my mouth when I think about them. The one-star review I give them is one star too many.
