Bad after sale service

I have bought one year ago a LG monitor, still under warranty. Since 1 month this monitor is out of order. Since one month I'm in contact with LG and Foto Konijnenberg, and I have still no solution today !
So I have a computer without monitor and cannât use it, and the supplier doesn't assume his warrant. Not acceptable ! Nevers again.

I'm sorry to hear that you're product shows a defect. Please bring your monitor in for reparation, so that we can repair it at the LG service center.
