I got my camera here, and it wasn't until next day that I read the reviews about delays or lack of answers from the shop. So, I must say that I went into panic mode thinking it would be the same for me, luckily it wasn't the case at all, I got my camera on time and in really good conditions, so my purchase was a success.

I bought a Nikon Z50 II camera and I'm very happy with it. Fast delivery, one day. The sellers explained everything clearly. Everything was packaged well and the camera works great.
I'll give this store a 12, look for 12, I recommend it.

Still didn’t receive my full order which was made over 6months ago. After many phonecalls, promises that it will be shipped same day nothing arrived. Really do not recommend that company, if you don’t want to lose your money.

Two and a half weeks after my order, I finally received the email from the shop saying it was shipped and I would receive the track and trace. I didn’t receive it. I had to call the shop twice for the track and trace, and after the second call, they just canceled my order saying the delivery time is unknown. Feels like a scam and a complete waste of time.

I ordered the Fujifilm x-e5+ lens kit, but initially I received only the camera body. I tried to contact them via email, but nobody replied. Then I called them and everything was easy solved. They arranged the return and sent me the full order back to me + some extra free useful small things.
So, if you have any issues is better to call them...it's easier!

Made an order, got delivered super quickly, but then it turned out I needed to return it because someone else already gifted me what I ordered for Christmas.

I filled in the return form, sent the package, and sent them an email with the tracking code.

Almost a month later and I still have no news from them. It's a simple return? Why don't I get any response from you?

Hi, I want to leave a review about the purchase: everything arrived super quickly and of high quality. The only thing is that I ordered one of the kits: a camera (Sony alpha 6100), a tripod and lenses, but what I received was a camera, a tripod and a microphone. but everything is sealed very compactly and efficiently. I think this is all 5 stars. just rely on the lens instead of the microphone :)
