best photo books!

I am using Fotosjov service since few years now and I cannot say enough how happy i am from quality and most important the service. I had couple of time some trouble saving the project or some problem with a rabat code. The help is literally instant and and I always get solution of my problem. The books are really beautiful every time i recevie them, orders come quickly and pictures I feel are better quality then I uploaded them :) I dont know how they make this magic but I am so happy I can treasure my memories in those beautiful photo albums.

Package arrival issue- impressed by quick answer from fotosjov

My package did not arrive on time/post nord issue it looks like- which was annoying but Fotosjov was quick to answer questions! and thankfully my package has now come and looks good :-)

Really great service

Really great service, this was really the cherry top that would make me loyal customer.
Furthermore I really liked rhe products, the tools and easininess to design a beautiful photobook. The print was really nice as well.

1 1/2 month delivery..?

An order placed on December 3rd is still not received nor is it send from their production facilities. Feeling embarrassed to the people to whom we still owe a Christmas present, and terribly unsatisfied with the vague answers receiving when in contact with Fotosjov on the phone.

Really good company, fantastic customer service

I have been using fotosjov since 2013 for albums and calendars. In total I have made around 15 albums and 16 calendars.
First of all, the prices are the most competitive I have seen, and if they arent, they can match them as long as you show the write documentation. In the early days they had an: "on time delivery warranty" that if it didnt arrive on the promised day, it would be free. Once it happened, my album came 1 day delayed and I got it for free, no questions asked.
The quality of the albums are really good. Do not expect that your pictures will be 100% like a normal physical print. In some cases during the upload the pixels/photo doesnt get the same quality I guess. If you are a person that appreciates the quality and image in every picture, better print them old style or use the fotoalbums from MAC (which are 3-4 times more expensive). You can load around 1200 pictures and have them on your profile for a good period of time.
Every time I have had a question or a concern, I have written to them with an answer/reply within 2 days. In one single case, I got an album where I believed the ink was not good. I send the photos, and I got a new perfect album.
If you buy a promotion, make sure to read the entire technicalities and rules. They arent responsible for the customer not reading the entire rules, but they are very open to help you if you made a mistake. In one case, I bought the wrong promotion, and called them. They fixed the situation with the most convenient solution for me, the customer.

How do I rate the after sell customer service: Outstanding
Price: very competitive
Image print Quality: satisfactory/good (not the highest quality)

Det her fungerer

Super fin software som fungerer sikkert og stabilt. Perfekt trykkekvalitet, perfekt indbinding, perfekt skåret. What you see is what you get. Levering og forsendelse 2 dage før lovet leveringsdag. Man skal lige lære at bruge softwarens beskæring af billeder før det går ud over stepperne.
