Set up a subscription for the Lions Mane, Cordyceps & HydroPlus, the correct product never came Cordyceps always replace by Reishi Mushroom. Had to contact them every time to get it replaced and wait days without the supplements which when trying to build a habit is far from ideal. I can understand it happening once but every time over 3 deliveries is just hard to take.

I use cordyceps for during the day and CBD and Reishi at night.
I also use the Hydro tablets, they taste great and really do the job.
The products work and the website is easy to navigate.

The only electrolytes I'll use! I am a keen hiker/runner and struggled to find electrolytes that I enjoyed enough that I didn't have to force it down me. Fourfive is like squash, so it's super easy for me to have alongside meals/in water bottles without it feeling like punishment.

Definitely improved my mood. I have a lot more energy and less brain fog. Highly recommend.
