I first tried this the Fourfive product a few years ago as it was recommended to me by a close friend. It had an immediate uplifting effect on my wellbeing and optimism. However very surprisingly it relaxes the muscles round my eyes and improves my vision !!
I have tried other types of CBD but non of them have had this effect on me . It’s made such a difference to the tiredness and grittiness that I had very often experienced that my vision is sharper and more focused therefore my whole body also feels the benefit too .

I have been taking these for a few months now and feel better than ever. I take 2 per day and previously always used to wake through the night dehydrated but that doesn’t happen now! I purchased some of these from amazon originally for a work trip to the Bahamas. I suffer dehydration easily so thought I'd definitely need something. And these were incredible. I didn't get any of the normal symptoms and the added bonus of using the following day after a big night out was fantastic. I couldn't get them from Amazon thr last time so came directly to the site. Which is even better as the price is better on here. I now have set up a subscription so I'll never be without them. Although I may have to increase the delivery, as my husband now steals them from me to.

Had a little break but the aches started to creep back in. The CBD capsules definitely work for me, so my subscription is set up again.

I was sceptical at first but the CBD balms have defintely made an impact on my recovery and i've experimented with applying the balms to only one side of my body at a time. Its obviously not a wonder cream but if you care about your recovery and want to get that extra edge, I recommend the hot & cold bundle.
I've also tried the mango electrolytes and they taste increidble, not salty at all like other brands. My only gripe with them is they do take a little while to fully disolve but well worth the wait.
Free delivery included with a very small minimum spend is incredible and its basically next day with how quick it is.
