Ordered flowers

Ordered flowers, delivered on time.
There was a slight discrepancy with the order.
I'm giving a 4 star review, because they were quick at sorting out the problem, which i was very impressed with.
I like shopping in the local community, to keep small businesses going.
This gesture from the shop, was above and beyond.
Much appreciated

Best to avoid.

Poor service. Still waiting on a reply to numerous emails sent. There are much better florists in this area.

Take your money but can’t deliver

Ordered flowers for same day delivery advised they couldn’t actually fill this order subsequently agreed to refund my £48 it has been more than 3 weeks and still no refund despite several emails and reassurances.
Disappointing to say the least.

Special birthday bouquet disappointment

70th birthday bouquet was received which was beautiful but the feature flower, a large pink headed hydrangea, wilted within 24 hours. Also there was no flower food with the bouquet. The customer service from the florist has been extremely disappointing especially when this bouquet I would estimate to have cost somewhere between £60-£75. Emails were not responded to (advised later they went to their spam folder), they requested pictures to be sent in then did not respond to the email sent. Phonecalls were made where they advised they would let the flower supplier know and also the manager but then nothing came of it. Surely there should have been some gesture from the florist to make up for the disappointment caused. I would therefore not recommend this florist.

Very poor show ..

Very poor show ... Paid £11 for morning delivery of £50-worth of Birthday flowers ... Nothing was delivered ... No call was made to contact number requested with order. Neighbour eventually called after she found my wife's flowers dumped on her rubbish bins. Could have got better flowers for £10 in Tesco. Complained to Four Seasons. Not even an acknowledgement, never mind a response. Don't waste your money - go to Tesco for a better result!

Paid £50 for birthday flowers and an…

Paid £50 for birthday flowers and an extra £11 for morning delivery for a big birthday. had to phone them up as by 2pm they still weren’t delivered.

Girl on the phone was apologetic but that’s no what I was paying through the teeth for.

Go to Tesco and get some for £5 instead.

Bad customer service

Bad customer service, they told me they delivered the flowers but they didn't. I ask them for the proof of delivery, they didn't answer my emails.
