I honestly couldn’t be happier with this ring. The craftsmanship is absolutely beautiful. It actually looks even better in person than it did in the pictures. The fit is just right, and you can really tell it’s made with quality in mind. The customer service was also wonderful, so helpful throughout the process. I’ve already gotten so many compliments. Whether it’s a gift or a treat for yourself, this ring is truly worth it!

If I could give NO STARS I would. Started this waste last September. Paid money, received a decent looking example. Had 3 rings made, got them in February after we were told 6 weeks. Made several attempts to contact, finally when we received our 2 of 3 rings, all wrong size and still fighting to get our money owed for missing items and correct sized rings. What a joke. They should be ashamed and close.

I've used this company two years in a row after my son's Junior All American football team won the Super Bowl back to back. The first year everything was fine, the rings came out great the stones weren't the color I approved, they were a lighter version, but I was fine with it. They did take about three months to receive, but I was told that upfront so we proceeded. The second year, I requested a certain color stone And I did not get that and I didn't know about it until I received the rings. The mock up that they sent me to approve the ring showed a dark purple, I received a very light purple. You can barely see that it's purple in the sunlight. The mock up that they sent me looked amazing! When I received the rings and I was getting ready to distribute them, I noticed that they misspelled the organization that we belonged to. That was not the mock up that they sent me. When I let my sales person know about it, he completely ignored me. I got no response, no apology, no willingness to make it right. We paid over $3500 for these rings and something should've been made right. This was 100% on them because the mock up showed me something different and it was changed at the last minute. I approved the correct spelling. I did not receive what I asked for. They obviously do not stand by their product if they cannot make this right. I had to give my rings to my Players With our organization misspelled.

OMMMMMGGGGGGG!!!!!! I love the rings!!!! The quality and the design of the rings are amazing. I loved the communication between Edward and I, if I had any questions or concerns, he responded in a timely manner. Considering the time I ordered the rings; I would the turnaround was great. Will definitely be doing business again with Fox Rings.

The rings look GREAT! Good quality, sizes are spot on! Would definitely recommend. They're also very attentive to your requests. Any changes you want made to the design are done promptly and with no push back. Very satisfied with the final product.

Absolute worst customer service around. Very vague about return policy. They lie that shipping is free over $50.00 but at check out there is a shipping cost. I just returned two rings and was only partially refunded as they didn't honor the full refund beating around the bush. They also work with foreign partner that will ship specific items from China and send the incorrect item. Super awkward to deal with. The address they claim online is actually located in a sketchy neighborhood and not in an actual business location. Will no longer do business with them. Stay far away folks. You've been WARNED!!!

Ordered 2023 ring last fall for bragging rights and the rest of the guys thought it was a great idea to incorporate into future championships! Ordered 2024 for this years champion!
