Please dont buy in foxlondon.co. Its a scam business that should stop operating. Their customer service is inexistent, you are lucky if you get the order delivered after they take your money. I have reported them in trading standards. I cant believe such businesses exist

I ordered 2 x 3 pack of T-shirts (white/black and taupe) and received 2 white ones. Emailing them since beginning of December and no refund / reply / or my T-shirts. Shocking.

FoxLondon.co are a con!
Ordered a £300 coat early September was delivered late didn’t fit emailed and was told to send it back and they would exchange even without a return slip so I wrote my order number and full name on the thank u card. sent it back at my own cost on the 27th of September I have had no exchange no refund and no communication back unless threatened with Credit card company! this is illegal practice and now classed as theft as they have the coat and my money I have now opened an investigation with trading standards and Amex would not recommend stay well clear!!

Absolutely horrible quality. Don't buy anything. Placed order nearly 3 weeks ago , money was taken , no order confirmation nothing ,tried to email many times , no response , order arrived - and its horid. No return label. So don't think I will see my money

I ordered 2 dresses. One arrived and I returned it. The other didn't arrive so I cancelled it. They ignored my cancellation and sent it to me anyway. I then had to pay to post it back. They have now not issued me with a refund for either dress. One is from over 3 weeks ago, the other circa 6 weeks ago. They ignore all emails and webchat and they don't have a phone number. The dresses are a poor fit for the price. Avoid this company

Never actually purchased from this company, i sent them a dm a few weeks ago asking if their products are from aliexpress as they have the same products. checked back today to find that ive been blocked on their instagram! no reply from them. wont be purchasing anyway, even though now i cant. Research before you buy from this company as if they dont want to deal with you you will just be blocked!!!
