Great facility and helpful staff. Only reason we have relocated our storage is due to the short opening hours and being closed on a Sunday!

Overall a bad experience
Overall a bad experience, poor service and the person today literally seemed like they hated every aspect of their job.. Shocking.. cancelled and moved with immediate effect. Not recommended. Very unprofessional, dismissive with a true lack of care in assisting a customer. Local alternatives cheaper with better access times.

We are disappointed to read your description of events as we do not believe it fairly reflects the interaction that took place.
At the time of your visit there was an outstanding balance showing against the account. Our staff member therefore needed to check that this had been cleared before reopening access to the storage unit. This was a perfectly normal account procedure and the matter was checked and resolved in less than 15 minutes.
We would also clarify that the conversation actually took place with your wife and, from our understanding, the exchange throughout was pleasant, polite and professional. We therefore do not recognise the description of our staff member as dismissive, uncaring or unprofessional.
We appreciate that even a short delay can be frustrating when trying to access your belongings, but our team have a responsibility to ensure accounts are correctly checked before access is restored. On this occasion that is all that occurred.
We are sorry that you subsequently decided to move your storage elsewhere, but we remain confident that our member of staff acted appropriately and professionally throughout.

I started using them today and from the first phone call to booking and going there and getting stuff into the storage locker has been fantastic. Very welcoming and great staff. Very clean all over office yard and inside the storage area itself.
