Ive been living in Norbury for 25 years and decided after a lot of consideration to put my house on sale in order to purchase another property. It was not an easy decision because my current house is really unique and the only way I was going to move was if I found something really special which I did. After finding my dream house I was literally in a race to sell because I did not want to lose out on the onward purchase. At the same time I knew my house was special so wanted to maximise the value but I knew this would be difficult in the current market which is very much a buyers market.

For this reason I decided to go for a multi agency contract and signed up to 10 different agents. Of course I was not able to give all of them access to the online platforms so I said whoever gets me the most viewings gets priority.

It must be mentioned from all of the agents I signed up to, Foxtons Norbury got me the most viewings on each and every price point. From a total of 17 viewings they achieved 10 viewings in total including an offer for the full asking price.

After dealing with so many agents I’ve realised 90% of them basically give you a lovely sales talk when they want you to sign the contract and then you never end up hearing from them. I must mention some of these agents are big high street names with a lot of presence in the area but when it comes to achieving results there was nothing.

However with Foxtons it was very different, I noticed they were extremely pro active and made consistent effort to keep me updated every week without fail. The viewings they arranged seemed very genuine and I was always told about the buyers background prior to viewings and they also made sure I was given feedback afterwards. The viewings were done with great care and professionalism.

I wanted to specifically thank the sales manager Chris along with Will and Britney and the Norbury branch. They were all so cooperative and I will definitely be using them again in the future.

I had Rebecca help me look for a property and whilst I’m still looking, she has been an excellent help and proactively supporting me with my search.

Sean in North Finchley went above and beyond to not only get me great tenants, but also ensure communication was accurate between both parties so the process for move in was smoother than expected

I worked with Will to find my apartment in South London (Balham) and it was an amazing experience! He is so quick, so attentive and kind. He also was transparent in discussing the pros and cons of apartments and our budget.
