Foxtons have let a flat to a bunch of antisocial behaviour students who are constantly having parties and harrasing the neighnours at flat in primrose hill court . Foxtons are managing the property they have been called several times to inform them how elderly neighnours are being harrassed by their tenants they are not one bit interested . Legal advise has been sought as the terms and conditions of their tenancy has been broken.

Foxtons had a huge job on their hands. Very large house with 10+ years of waste and rubbish accumulated in each and every room. The clearance hasn't finished yet, but at this early stage, Will and his team have been really professional, efficient and they follow instructions as given to them.

I used their services, initially for 4 days, to allow me to enter the property and access items and personal belongings. I will be using them again shortly when I need to finish off the job.

Their communication was daily, with photo updates, which really helped.

My 2 bedroom property needed clearing, before getting ready to be sold. Embarrassingly, the house over time had been neglected and unloved. It was very cluttered and had also been unoccupied for a year, as I kept putting off clearing it because of my embarrassment!
Anyway I finally bit the bullet and researched companies. I chose Foxtons based on price, services offered and the helpfulness of Will and Trisha who I spoke to on the phone.
Tony and his two man team arrived and collected the keys and I explained what the house was like but he reassured me and they got on with the job. They worked hard all day clearing everything including carpets and outside. Thank you! A huge weight off my mind.

I would have given 5 stars if the price had been charged per the amount of items removed and not a flat rate as £870 is a lot of money . They were very polite and helpful which took the sting off . Thanks Foxtons .

Overall well done, they arrived about on time, evaluated the job, we agreed what to do and approximate cost. They had 2 teams and vans . It was rough and not so pleasant work , but they cleared as agreed, in 1 and a bit days starting very early. It was more expensive than I had expected, but I was happy with the result.

The house needed to be virtually completely cleared following a number of years of hoarding by the elderly resident. The work was done efficiently and effectively but with consideration. The guys worked hard but still managed to find my mothers wedding ring amongst all of the clutter.

I needed a clearance at short notice following a bereavement. My late mum lived in a local authority house and we were only given a week to return the keys.
Having never used a clearance company before I was a bit unsure of how it all worked.
It was so simple, a quick phone call, some simple questions, agreed on date and that was it, job booked.
The guys turned up on time and got to work right away, they cleared the whole house in under 2 hours! Super efficient! Thanks Foxtons 😊

I have no time for this company whatsoever. They turned up as arranged, checked the house and contents and then disappeared without doing anything leaving me in the lurch when my back was turned. When I contacted them they said I had patronised the men, watched them rather than leaving them to do their job and made them feel uncomfortable. All of this is untrue - if I had been watching the men I would not have been in the back room of the house when they disappeared. I suspect they saw there was nothing of value in the house and simply did not want to do the work. Oh and one last thing, although I was paying by the van load, when they arrived to clear my mothers house there were fridge freezers and freezers on the van already so was going to have to pay for someone else's rubbish to be transported. They did not like it when I said so and this may well be one of the reasons the drove away when my back was turned. Dreadful !!

A speedy and efficient service throughout. I felt confident with the details on the website and can honestly say it made the final clearance of mum's home so much easier.
