I ordered a watch on 30th July. It never arrived. After a number of phone calls un answered, and e;mails not replied to, I had to give in to the fact that Foxtrot had stolen €81 of my money, never to be seen again. This company really are thieves!!!
I made an order on the online store on the third of September. I did not receive an email confirming the order so when i emailed them to ask when my order will be shipped they said they have delays and would not answer when i will get the order. After reading the horror stories in the reviews I asked for a cancellation and refund. They said to wait a maximum of 15 working days for the refund. We are now a month later and still no refund. I emailed them twice and tried to reach them by phone and i still have no answer. I will be filing a claim with my bank that this is a fraudulent website.
