Its hit or miss if the cologne you get is either legit or made correctly. Not sure which it is. Ive had some that are ok and others that dont smell correct at all.

Used to be a fan but not anymore
Used to be a fan but not anymore. I ordered my fav Givenchy perfume from there. This perfume would last days on me. However theirs’ doesnt. I paid for an eau de parfum yet received a diluted version of it so basically an eau de toillete.
Not satisfied and def not buying again from here.

Where’s My Package??
There’s quite an obvious disconnect between the company’s Sales department and their 3rd party sub-contracted logistics firm. This is the third time I’ve either purchased or attempted to and the order goes days and days without any movement or tracking information. Granted the prices are great shopping here but I don’t believe that Fragrance.Net wants to only be known for low price alone !

I ordered the wrong bottle of cologne…
I ordered the wrong bottle of cologne the bottles are very similar . I immediately realized my mistake within seconds . I went online to cancel the order and their system wouldn’t let me cancel I tried and tried but nothing .. then I emailed and emailed they said they would get back to me within 2 days I sent emails everyday for 6 days and received nothing back. So the order ended up shipping and to send it back was $70 which the company would not reimburse.. so I lost $70 plus the taxes and I emailed the company to complain and I was made to feel like I was the bad guy.. they need to update their cancellation policy and train staff how to deal with unhappy customers. I will not go to FragranceNet first anymore and only buy from them as the last resort
