The worst customer service ever…

The worst customer service ever…
The worst customer service ever experienced.

I wonder if the customer service policy is to ignore and placate the customer in the hope they will eventually give up trying to resolve an issue.

If you have 8 weeks spare, love writing emails, and have bucketloads of patience to resolve a simple refund, after being sent the wrong items, then I highly recommend Fresh Fragrances and Cosmetics for an unforgettable experience

Lengthy transaction

A frustrating experience. Placed an order on June 30 with NZ Fresh Beauty co. For 3 weeks Shipping data just showed "Data received" Emails to Contact Us eventually responded to along with a phone call after 21 days. Caller told me she would ask the courier to collect and return the parcel after it had cleared customs but it was delivered a few days later. I am waiting to see if further action will occur, I had no idea it would take so long and bought product locally in interim. Not the best experience all in all. The lack of shipping updates left me completely in the dark.

I discovered this site when hunting…

I discovered this site when hunting down a must have product that’s hard to find in New Zealand let alone at a great price- then BOOM, I was over the moon to find my Timeless vitamin C serum!!!! Fast shipping too
