Very disappointed in 1 bottle I purchased. Lattafa Ana Abiyedh Rouge, has NO smell very watery. I may return this, however, the return shipping costs more than the perfume. Very disappointed. I requested a replacement to see if I got a dud, or a credit to put towards another order. No response other than return at my expense. I plan to choose another seller for future purchases.

This store is not selling legitimate products. I believed the trustpilot Google shop review and it's not accurate. I returned the product at my own costs and still have not received a refund. Neither Estee Lauder beautiful product looked or smelled right. Buyer beware.

We responded to all four of your emails and clearly advised you to return the products if you were not satisfied. The return label image you provided shows the package was delivered to New York, NY 10001. We are located in NJ and this is not our return address.
Because the products were not returned to our facility, no refund has been issued. Once we receive the returned products at the correct return address, we will process the refund.
I am extremely disappointed. Possible Scam
I am extremely disappointed with my experience with FragranceShop.com.
I placed an order and was provided with USPS tracking number 9261290339726083185781. According to USPS, the package was delivered to a mailbox in Sugar Land, TX on May 8, 2026. However, my freight forwarding company, ShopMe Maldives, has officially confirmed that the package was never received at their US warehouse.
I contacted FragranceShop customer service and provided them with written confirmation from my forwarding company that the package was not received.
FragranceShop later emailed me a claim form and requested that I complete and return it. However, when I replied to the same email address provided by their customer service, my message was rejected by their mail server and returned as undeliverable. As a result, I was unable to submit the requested documentation through the email address they provided.
As the seller, I expected FragranceShop to assist in investigating the discrepancy, verify the shipping address used, provide proof of delivery, or help initiate a carrier investigation. Unfortunately, my issue remains unresolved, and I am still without the package I paid for.
The most frustrating part is that I made every effort to cooperate with the claims process, but even responding to the email containing the claim form resulted in a delivery failure.
Based on my experience, customer support was not effective when a delivery issue occurred. This review reflects my personal experience and the lack of resolution regarding my missing package.

Unfortunately, delivery disputes of this nature can occur when packages are received by freight-forwarding facilities but are later misplaced, incorrectly processed, or not properly recorded. As the carrier has confirmed delivery to the designated address, any subsequent issue regarding the receipt, processing, or handling of the package must be addressed directly with the freight-forwarding company.

Not Authentic
I had a very disappointing experience with FragranceShop.
I ordered Rasasi Hawas and Mancera Instant Crush, and after receiving them, I immediately noticed something was off. The liquid in the bottles appeared lighter than usual, and the performance was very weak compared to authentic versions I’ve used before — the scent did not last long at all.
As a reseller, I didn’t want to jump to conclusions, so my customers tested the fragrances first. They ended up using about half of the bottles, trying to confirm whether the performance was actually off before complaining. Eventually, they came back and raised concerns as well.
When I brought this issue to FragranceShop, instead of helping resolve the situation, they refused to issue a refund simply because the bottles were used — even though the usage was part of verifying the product quality.
Very frustrating experience. I would advise others to be cautious when ordering, especially if you rely on consistency and performance.
I expected better customer support and accountability.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee, and customers may test a fragrance with a few sprays. However, the photos provided showed that the bottles were more than half empty. Unfortunately, products that have been substantially used are not eligible for return or refund under our return policy.
We understand your concerns, but we were unable to approve the return based on the condition shown in the submitted photos.
The bottle of perfume that I ordered looked USED
The bottle of perfume that I ordered for a gift arrived merely wrapped in bubble wrap/no box, and NO LID on the bottle. It appeared used.
I then saw the fine-print in the description: that I purchased a "Tester" that may arrive without complete packaging. This turned out to be more expensive than if I had purchased NEW direct from the manufacturer distributor.
