Great experience

I had a great experience with Frank Modern Estate Agents and couldn’t be happier with the service received. The online system was particularly helpful, keeping clear track of viewings and feedback from the outset, which made the whole process feel organised and transparent.

A special mention must go to Morgan, who was absolutely worth her weight in gold for the legal side of the sale. She was professional, proactive, and incredibly supportive.

I would highly recommend Frank Modern, and especially Morgan, to anyone looking for an efficient and supportive estate agency.

We were purchasers of a house in…

We were purchasers of a house in Peterborough in April 2024. The team were always professional, friendly and above all ultra fast to respond, seeing the transaction through to the end. Big shout out to Morgan who went above and beyond in chasing things down. If you want to actually sell your property and convert offers into completions you will struggle to find better.
