Insured my gorgeous Labrador boy Henry…
Insured my gorgeous Labrador boy Henry through frank insurance, we have sadly lost him at 12 and half but frank were quick to settle our claim for Henry medications/vet’s visit and at home euthanasia - excess was quite high due to his age but overall would recommend frank insurance- could do with a telephone number to contact but if you request a call back they call back quickly and are responsive via email. Would use again should ever be lucky enough to have another dog in the future

So much better than my previous insurance
Amazing company. I wasn't expecting much as no one around me has heard of Frank. Claims are handled super fast and reliable. Even if they don't have a phone number, they handle requests super fast through email. All my claims are made under 1 week. I used Napo before and their service is just horrendous!
Came here to say because it's super hard to insure a senior dog without having to pay excess for every bill! Which is what most big companies do (Many pets etc). Frank gave us a quote of fixed excess and cover all other treatments which works so much more worth it. I just hope my rate next year won't increase unreasonably. So far so good and highly recommend Frank!
