Not very customer service focused.

Not very customer service focused.
My order was placed with plenty of time to arrive for my wife's birthday, but when logistical issues happened the owner did nothing but blame the shipping company.
I asked for tracking information which was never provided.
Then half way through our conversations I received an email from someone outside his company saying he was out of the office and they are picking things up.
I'm not totally clued up on data protection but I was not asked if my details could be shared like that.

When the item arrived very late I requested the shipping costs refunded as I did not get the service I paid for.
The owner didn't even have the decency to contact me to discuss the issue, just used this outside person who then told me he doesn't work for them and not to contact again.

Fraser is a great salesman

Fraser is a great salesman, but the company will promise whatever it thinks will get the business, demand all the cash up front and when goods don't arrive on time, refuse to accept responsibility - despite the fact that they have been sitting in their shop for days. No calls, no communication, just a dismissive "oh, sorry about that" followed by an attempt to blame the customer. Shocking.

Excellent products, excellent service

Quirky, high quality industrial/retro lighting product range and they have many unique items: I was after a waterproof dimming system for the garden and could not find anything here on Continental Europe. Fraser Besant Lighting's service was super on technical questions and the delivery was rapid; my order arrived after just a couple of days after placing the purchase.
