My order was placed with plenty of time to arrive for my wife's birthday, but when logistical issues happened the owner did nothing but blame the shipping company.
I asked for tracking information which was never provided.
Then half way through our conversations I received an email from someone outside his company saying he was out of the office and they are picking things up.
I'm not totally clued up on data protection but I was not asked if my details could be shared like that.
When the item arrived very late I requested the shipping costs refunded as I did not get the service I paid for.
The owner didn't even have the decency to contact me to discuss the issue, just used this outside person who then told me he doesn't work for them and not to contact again.
