Unreliable service and an incomplete renovation

My experience with Fraser Hoehle was disappointing from start to finish. What was meant to be a simple bathroom renovation turned into a prolonged and frustrating ordeal that stretched over several months.

Although payment was requested quickly upfront, the project itself failed to begin as scheduled. Start dates were repeatedly delayed, often without clear updates or communication, which made planning extremely difficult.

Once the work finally got underway, progress was slow and inconsistent. There were long gaps where nothing seemed to happen, and I was rarely informed in advance. I often had to reach out multiple times just to get a response. At one point, I was left without a usable bathroom for more than six weeks, which caused major disruption to daily life.

I also had concerns about the overall professionalism. The coordination between different trades did not appear well organised, waste materials were left outside long enough to bother neighbours, and some of my personal tools and appliances were used without my consent.

In the end, the job was never completed. Communication eventually stopped altogether, leaving me no choice but to hire someone else to finish the work. To make matters worse, my keys were never returned.

All in all, this was a stressful and unsatisfactory experience, and I would advise others to be cautious.

Poor communication and job left unfinished.

I would strongly advise others to think twice before hiring Fraser Hoehle. What started as a straightforward bathroom renovation turned into a drawn-out and stressful experience lasting several months, with constant delays, poor communication, and unfulfilled commitments.

Payment was requested promptly at the outset, but once work was due to begin, timelines slipped repeatedly. Dates were pushed back multiple times with little proactive communication, making the situation increasingly frustrating.

Once work eventually started, progress was inconsistent, with long periods where little to no work was done, often without notice. I frequently had to chase for updates as messages and calls went unanswered. At one point, I was left without a functioning bathroom for over six weeks, which caused significant disruption.

There were also concerns around organisation and professionalism. Coordination between trades appeared poorly managed, rubbish was left outside long enough to prompt complaints from neighbours, and some personal tools and appliances were used without permission.

The project was never finished. Communication stopped entirely towards the end, leaving me to arrange completion elsewhere. I also never had my keys returned, which is unacceptable. Overall, this was a prolonged and stressful experience, and I cannot recommend this service.
