Frazer Coogans were recommended to me for use. I was represented by Kimberley Hainey and Paula Sinclair. Both were excellent. Communicated with us throughout the entire process, dealt with the hiccups along the way and negotiated on my behalf.

They then settled the payments to EVERYONE involved in the process from Estate Agents to Housing Developers, sent me the remainder, then checked id received everything and was content. This was a god send on a busy day of moving.

Id 100% recommend to anyone requiring legal services, I’ll be in for wills etc in the new year.

Frazer Coogans, based in Ayr, acted as my solicitor for the sale of a flat in Glasgow and they were excellent. After a terrible experience with another solicitor’s firm, I frantically phoned around looking for a company to help me complete a property sale. As luck would have it, I came across Frazer Coogans Solicitors (Carly Brodie & Gillian Boyd). My girlfriend and I had the difficult task of selling two properties in England and buying a home in Scotland in which to set up a bed and breakfast business. With the law in buying property in Scotland being different to that of the rest of the UK, we knew we would have to tread carefully.
A friend had recommended Frazer Coogans of Ayr to us following his move northwards to south Ayrshire in 2016. We are very glad that we chose them to represent us with our eventual move to Argyll in mid-2017. The company was professional and diligent in keeping us up to date with what was happening. They were also very patient and supportive when my initial house sale fell through following a bad 'gazundering' experience with Haart.
A special mention must go to Carly Brodie who was so helpful in giving us the right advice and ensuring that our move went through in time as we could have lost several months otherwise.
