FREDERIQUE CONSTANT builds costume jewelry junk. My mechanical watch has constantly lost time (at least two minutes a day since the day I bought it). If you want a technical watch, save your money a... See more

Abysmal!
Just one word: abysmall! I waited 7 months (sic!) and two days for my watch to be repaired. And I live in Switzerland, so it was not the tansport time.
Untested and unfinished watch
Untested and unfinished watch. That's the feeling I get from my Frederique Constant smartwatch, which is marketed as having a battery which last 2 years, and it doesn't even last 11 months in reality even though I don't synch it with my android phone because 9 times out of 10 the synch just doesn't work. The app is so deficient that if the screen turns off (because it takes ages to sync), the synching is interrupted, which means a waste of time being in front of the phone forever so tha the sync is done uninterrumpted. The bluetooth connection is almost impossible to make, as I mentioned, 90% of the times doesn't connect at all.
I have sent it already 5 times to their "manufacture" in Geneva, Switzerland and they replaced the battery for free, but thwy are completely unable to fix the connection issues. They blame this to m phone, but I have had several phones since I bought the watch and it is definitely not my phone. This watch does seem to have been released completely untested and unfinished.
Dreadful quality product
Dreadful quality product. I purchased a £1,000 watch for my daughters 25th birthday in 2019. She has worn it 6 times in total because the link strap keeps breaking. She has returned it to Watches of Switzerland 3 times and they have subsequently returned it 3 times for repair. The pins keep coming out! Fortunately she was at home or at work each time it dropped from her wrist otherwise she would have lost it. This time she asked for a new strap to be fitted but they have refused. A beautiful looking watch that will now gather dust on her dressing table. Don’t buy from this company!
Luxury brand. Dog cr*p service.
Terrible service. I bought a watch that cost over 1k. Which on a small wage like mine, is an absolute fortune to pay for a watch. Luxury I’d call it. With which I’d expect a luxury customer service.
Not a single but if it. I asked which battery a particular watch needed. It wasn’t stated in Manuel, paper work or easily found online. Spent £20 on quessing the battery on Amazon.
In the end sold the watch, bought with another company and ordered a spare battery for that one, by asking customer service what I needed (it states in manual). They responded in 4 hours. They aren’t a luxury brand watch...
I’m still waiting for a reply to my simple simple question from F.C now..
Absolutely shocking.
time keeps falling back
In the past 2 years that and I've had a frederique constant, I brought it in to get fixed 6 times and it now broke again. Usually the time falls back. The store i bought it from sent it back to the company to repair and it just kept happening again. Just today the minutes handle fell off it diffidently didn't get a bang i'm very careful with it. very low quality very unimpressive
Never buy a watch at their online shop
Never buy a watch at their online shop!
I bought a watch in their online shop on Black Friday more than 3 weeks ago.
First problem: In my confirmation e-mail there was the information that I couldn‘t return the watch because it is a promotion/reduced, but on the website the return policy said that I can easily return within 14 days. Contacted the German support and they said that I can return it within 14days. Okay, good so far.
Second problem:
The watch should be sent 14 days after end of the promotion. Today, three weeks after the promotion, I still haven’t receive any dispatch or tracking information. So I called the Customer Service. The customer service at the headquarter didn’t went to the phone at 2:30pm. The German Customer Service was available and said that there were Problems regarding the shipment. Why don’t you inform your customers before? Everybody is waiting for their watches.
That is not how to do e-commerce in 2019. Worst e-Commerce experience in my life. I will never again buy a watch of this brand. Hope the watches are more professional build than their online shop....
