We booked through jet2, the rep recommended them and showed us on the leaflet that they stopped 4 times to look for whales and dolphins. He also told us that they didn't over fill the boats. Surprise when we got there we were on a boat with about 100 teenage school children that took over the boat. The 8 English people on the boat were refused the use of the sunbeds, as they were reserved for the school, but 4 Spanish people were allowed to use them. We had to sit in the shade under a tarpaulin at the top of the boat, it only stopped once to see some pilot whales and they didn't even look out for anything else just went for over an hour for the kids to swim. We would have booked short trip if we had been told that you have the same chance of seeing whales etc and we would have booked a different day if we had known about the school trip

19 Jan 2024. Trip with Freebird Catamaran - F24 - for 4h30. Fantastic trip helped by a beautiful day and calm sea. The crew : Tobi, Noe and Moi were so attentive, friendly, funny and very professional. The music played whilst near Los Gigantes was amazing and made it all awe inspiring - thank you Skipper for writing the pieces of music for me! I shared those with another lady who was very touched by it. We saw a few pilot whales too! Totally recommend this company and crew... MUCHAS GRACIAS :)

Had a brilliant day out. We were on the 3 hour cruise with 2 adults 2 children.
Staff were brilliant sandwiches were nice and unlimited drinks, has to pay for ice cream but price wasn't too bad.
We saw the whales and stopped for a little swim.
Would definitely recommend, especially with the sunbeds as well at the front of the boat.

What a great excursion. We took the four and a half hour option. It’s all about how staff treat people and this crew were excellent. I’m sorry I only remember two of the names, Robbie and Danny but they were all brilliant, enthusiastic and knowledgeable.
We were lucky to see pilot whales, bottlenose dolphins with babies, porpoises and a rare treat - an orca dolphin which swam right up to the catamaran and under the boat between the two hulls. Great excitement from the crew.
The lunch of meatballs and rice was well organised and the drinks were flowing - maybe a little too much so for some passengers !
The music was well chosen , especially the powerful classical piece by Mendelssohn as we sailed past the impressive cliffs of Los Gigantes.
The crew were very respectful of the animals , turning the music off when we were near them and asking us not to scream when we saw them.The young man doing the commentary was obviously passionate about the wild life.
The only thing you should be aware of is the awkward access to the toilets down a steep ladder so disabled people may struggle.
Remember to take some cash to leave a well deserved tip and a 50 cent piece to use the harbour toilet on your return. We took no cash and I wish we had as the staff did such a brilliant job. Thanks for a great day out.

It was a great experience. I went with my wife and we had a very pleasant day on the excursion to Masca. We saw the cliffs of Los Gigantes from the hammock of our catamaran. It was an unforgettable experience, as we saw pilot whales and bottlenose dolphins on our journey. 100% recommendable
