Hi

You cannot delete FICS (www_freechess_org)-account at all.
Email from FICS:

"Hello,
Fics does not remove or delete accounts. If you no longer wish to play
here, just walk away. Your account will remain in the system, waiting for
you if you ever decide to return.
Note that we are located in the USA, and we are not under any obligations
to comply with the laws of a foreign country.
Fics Support Team"
