This is the second phone I've bought from Freedom Mobiles. All good with both so far, 1st is over a year old and still good even after sliding off my dashboard and out of car window at a roundabout and being driven over by a dozen cars and couple of trucks, cheap £1.99 case was smashed and glass screen saver but only few scrapes and amazingly phone was absolutely fine. Next I dropped in bowl of washing up water, grabbed phoned switched off and put over a radiator for an hour then bag of rice for 3 days took phone to a repairer who opened screen to check for water damage who was surprised to find none, turned on phone powered up all good! Maybe just lucky with this handset but phone repair guy reckoned iPhone 5C s are best out of all iPhones. Just bought 5C for partner hope hers will have easier life... Very happy feel confident buying from freedom mobiles.

Great company, used them before. Phone is in good condition. Only issue is that it didn't come with a plug head to charge it up. Other than that they're reliable and trustworthy.

Service was excellent phone received next day I did have some issues with faulty phones but was down to companies supplier issues not checking phones but staff were apoligetic and prompt when it came to sorting my problems I highly recommend the company but My advice to the company would be is to double check the phones for issues before testing other than that best service i have had

I recently bought an iPhone 5s (64Go) at a very competitive price. I was travelling in Greece, and the order was shipped there in 3 days. It was very well packages, in a way that it could not be easily identified from the outside. The phone matched the description - small scratches on the side, but the screen was pristine. I would buy from them again.

As many people, I'm usually awry when it comes to buy things online specially technological devices. I ordered an iPhone, which arrived quickly, had minor scratches on screen, but besides that has been working really really well. I would definitely buy on freedom mobiles again. I totally recommend it.

Spotted an iPad Air 2 in class A condition online. Phoned Freedom just to confirm it was in stock even though the web site said so. The Freedom guy was excellent and confirmed the fact that this model was 128gb and Wi Fi only. Explained there was no Sim and also reminded me that the charger (extra) was worth the trouble as the larger IPad required the more powerful charger (we already have an iPad Mini.
I went back online and ordered it - this was about 2:30. Selected Collect from their Glasgow pick up point and paid online.
Received email later immediately confirming purchase and another around 4:30 saying dispatched to pick up point.
Next morning about 11am I picked up the package from their pickup point - very quick and no problems at all.
The iPad was very well packed and is in superb condition and working very well. It also has the latest software and much better than my old Mini unit.
Very pleased with Freedom - very efficient and good communication too.
I highly recommend them.
