Don't buy from them. Its been over 2 months, i didn't receive anything and when i tried to contact them they don't even replay to the emails. They just take the money and dont sent anything. Thieves.

Purchased a backpack, failed in the first week. Supplier instructed to take it to three different independent repair shops none of which could fix it. Then they asked to send it to Holland at our cost, so they could assess it. Why as the repair shops recommended by them said it couldn't be fixed! Customer service is none existent, or if it is it's just ride and unhelpful! Under no circumstances buy from this disorganisation! Disgraceful!

Fast conveyance! I requested an Anti-Theft rucksack with Freedom travel gear and there was referenced a conveyance of 2 a month to the US. I was not in a rush so I requested it however toward the end it showed up effectively following 10 days! Rucksack looks great so certainly content with my request :)

I have purchased the special world scratch map. Conveyance time referenced before hand was 1-2 weeks to the UK and I got it after precisely multi week as of now! Happy with the nature of the guide so would arrange again with them!

Got this travel bag because I am about to go on a big trip through Europe and needed a bag where I can easily put all my things in. Found freedom travel gear through and ad on facebook where they showed how good this bag was! Ordered the product with them and in around a week it got delivered with Yodel/quality of the bag is good and looking forward using it on my trip soon!

Updated to 3 stars. Company (owner?) contacted me to sort out the issue. Proposed to refund both purchases. Agreed. Refunded only one for some reason....In any case, both suitcases are in the garbage. Got a refund for one though.
Bought two suitcases. On one, the lock went after first flight - could not be opened. Then just broke off. On the other, there is some sort of film that slowly peels off but van not be easily taken off completely. Initial interaction with customer service was completely useless.

I can’t stress this enough...DO NOT SHOP HERE! I ordered a package over 2 months ago. They lost the package, gave me bogus tracking numbers and refused to give a refund. The manager there is rude and said it’s my responsibility to locate my package not caring that it’s pretty hard when they can’t seem to provide a valid tracking number. I’m having a terrible time trying to get my money back

This website is decent. The products seem good. I have not yet got any of my products delivered yet they should arrive sometime within the next 2 weeks. My only problem is that the communication between you and them if you have any issues is all over the place. I was emailing them back and forth over 3 days just to change my order. They didnt even respond in the first 24hrs. I will update this once I have my product.

Edit: This product I recieved is honestly awful. I wouldn't buy from here again

I bought a Giant Pillow from Freedom Travel Gear, because I was pregnant and having problems sleeping. The pillow arrived compressed in about 2 weeks. I used it the same night. I found the pillow very comfortable and supportive. Not only could I use it for sleeping at night, but also generally to read a book. I think that it would also be great for those with a sore back. I have been using this pillow every night and it has really helped support my body due to the pregnancy. Thank you so much to Freedom Travel Gear for selling such great body pillows!

I bought 2 deep black suitcases of different sizes, one for the cabin and one for check in. The suitcases arrived in about a week. I really loved the colour and the look of the suitcases. It felt very secure to put my personal belongings inside and it seems very strong. The double wheels make it so easy and smooth to traverse with, and the TSA locks it comes with is also a bonus! Because one time I have found that when my suitcase did not have a TSA lock, it was crowed open when I had checked it in! This is the worse feeling ever. To pick up your suitcases from the conveyor belt to find that the lock had been destroyed. SO I am glad that they have double TSA locks so that I can feel comfortable to check in my suitcases in the future.

Initially bought a backpack for work. The backpack arrived in a couple of weeks and I have been using it for about a month now. I manage to it my 13 inch laptop and iPad in it at the same time. I think a 15 inch laptop would also fit in it, but I like to keep things light. Also used the backpack for y business trip to London. All round good useful backpack, and I would recommend it to any business person.

I ordered a grey travel satchel when I saw it on an ad on Facebook. Usually I do not buy things from Facebook, but I noticed some good reviews on the ad and the page had many followers. I had a trip booked to the US in a few weeks so decided to order one of these bags. The size of the bags are deceptive, I found that I could fit so many things inside. There were also several different compartments to keep different things, and pockets in the front and also back of the satchel. Really love this bag and looking forward to using it again for my next trip!

Luggages presented as TSA locks aluminium and stuff, actually what you will receive is cheap Chinese crap. Not TSA logos but some weird logo. Aluminium parts doesn't look aluminium at all. If you still want Chinese crap items you can avoid this site and get it cheaper from Alibaba or similar sites.

Worst customer service ever. Not sure you can call it "customer SERVICE" to begin with. I ordered Travel Adapters for a group, with their "free Shipping within 2-4 weeks" promise in mind, I gave it 7 weeks before I needed them.
Needless to say, that now, a good 10 weeks after I placed my order, they still have not arrived.
During my email conversation with them, I have had replies from three different people. All of them telling me that there will be no refund, unless "the parcel is lost or not delivered when confirmed by the courier". We will see if either will ever happen. To this date (31st July – 72 Days after ordering) they claim the parcel is still in transit.

I feel like Freedom Travel Gear is not interested in their customers or providing a proper service, and simply starting every email with the phrase “Sorry for any inconveniences caused” does not help their case.
Please do not ever order anything from them. I had to get replacements from another shop, which delivered within 2 days.

I ordered 50 backpacks for the girls in my school to take on their educational trip abroad. I was pleased to find that the backpacks were good quality and looked professional. The girls loved the backpacks and we had a very successful school trip. I decided to order more for future classes. Stephanie at Freedom Travel Gear was very understanding and helpful. Purchased a set of silver aluminium suitcases (20 inch, 24 inch and 29 inch) for myself and my family. I bought them for the summer trip we had booked in Spain. The suitcases came a lot quicker than I thought. I love the quality, look and sturdiness of the suitcases. I had bought them initially when I searched for suitcases on Google. These suitcases came up and I thought that they were at a good price, so I decided to give it a go. Thank you to Freedom Travel Gear for selling such great and affordable suitcases! I will be recommending to my friends.

Do Not Buy The Anti Theft Rucksack - terrible quality. Bought the anti theft backpack only for the main zip to break on it a few months after purchase, emailed a photo to their customer service, they said it’s outside 30 days so they don’t offer anything. Complete rip off and totally not anti-theft as all my belongings fell out of the side where the main zip split open whilst it was fastened up!! Please shop around, you can buy much cheaper and better quality/service on Amazon. This is purely a money making company, not at all customer focused in any way.

I purchased a navy blue travel satchel for my recent trip to Spain. I found it very handy being able to fit all my essential things into the bag such as my family's passports, documents, currency, medicines, phone and camera. The bag arrived to me in the UK in about 1 week, faster than I had expected. I am very pleased with the travel satchel and would definitely recommend it!

Bought the Anti-Theft USB Backpack for my partner for Christmas, arrived promptly and was very happy with it. Paid £40 for the bag as wanted one that would be durable and last. 4 months later the strap has broken, emailed them a photo of the broken strap and asked for a replacement only to be told that they only do this within 30 days. As far as I'm concerned if you pay good money for a decent product that should last and it breaks within an unreasonable period it should be replaced without question as it's faulty/inadequate. Not happy at all with the company and would urge people not to buy from here as they aren't decent enough to replace faulty products.
