I HAD A LIC FOR FLIXGRAB KEY - NPZBSA-AAX4E9-UDK3EK-NA26G2-PN6S28 WHICH EXPIRED 5 JUL 24. I SENT NUMORUS TROUBLE TRYING TO GET SOME HELP WHEN FLIXGRAB STOPPED WORKING. NOONE EVER REPLIED AND MY TROUBLE TICKETS DISSAPPEARED FROM THE REPORT A BUG WEB PAGE. I HAVE SINCE FOUND ANOTHER SOFTWARE FOR DOWNLOADING VIDEOS FROM NETFLIX ETC...

I LOOKED FLIXGRAB COULD YOU INVESTIGATE MY PROBLEM.

This app hasn't worked in months. There have been no updates, and there has been no response from customer support.

I bought this software several times, the software support was present, but for the end of 2023 until this day 2024 no more support feedback, no more updates of the unusable software on platforms.
For my part, it's over with this publisher.

The free version is useless due to the low res, when I purchased the license key from their site the money was taken instantly from my bank provider but yet hours later I am still awaiting the key. I didn't even receive an email from them confirming purchase. The only way to contact them is through their silly Atlassian support desk which says they will respond within 72 hours. Just not good enough for billing/purchasing issues. Warning! Avoid at all costs!

I've had two emails from FreeGrabApp today informing me that my FlixGrab licence has expired and encouraging me to renew the licence.

Except, FlixGrab has not worked since early February and didn't work for most of December and January. Out of the 12 months licence that I purchased 12 months ago today, the software was unusable for over 7 months of those 12.

But I may as well be talking to a lamppost, because in around 2 hours along will come the usual useless idiot (You are not even clever enough to be called a useful idiot) who will say "Send your problem or wish to..." and the usual support website link.

But what is the point of using the support website, when all you ever do is delete peoples support requests and never answer them?

The people at FreeGrabApp are basically scamming people now. Do NOT purchase a licence, do NOT renew your licence. There are better software programs out there that download quicker than FlixGrab that DO work. Have a look at "RedFox AnyStream" - they even allow you a month to evaluate the software before committing.

The fact you only take crypto currency rather than PayPal / credit card shows you are a scam company now. AVOID AVOID AVOID!

I know your website is hosted by GoDaddy. I think I'll put in an abuse report to GoDaddy and try and get you shut down. You are nothing but a scam company now. It's almost 6 months since ANY of your apps last worked, how much money have you scammed out of people in that time? It's why you've switched from PayPal/Card payments to Crypto for licence payments, so that you don't have to worry about chargebacks or disputes. SCAM SCAM SCAM!

The application (for which I bought a one-year license) hasn't been working for a few weeks and I've had no response to the problem despite 2 requests sent to technical support. It's got to the point where I thought the establishment was closed.

This was okay to start but after a few months it just stopped working as efficiently (downloads would "crash"). Was only available as annual product at time so didn't renew. Think there may be other better products out there

I was promised a free license if I write a review here. That was three weeks ago and I haven't received anything yet. Although I was promised to receive a response within 72 hours. I cannot recommend this service or this software.

The app is broken, whenever I try to download "Engine responde timeout" I want a refund

I am very satisfied I have been using this software for 4 years I had very good support from the team when I had problems which were resolved quickly I recommend it

Service does not work, with constant timeout/parse errors. My request for assistance through the bug reporting tool, as referenced in response below, has not been responded to.

Very disappointing after using the service for several years.

App does not work. I paid 30 dollars and contacted them and have not received a reply. I want my refund and their is no one to contact. BUYER BEWARE.......

Does not work, keep getting parsing/timeout error. I purchased a licensed version too. Have tried changing the settings to no avail. I sent an email to bug reporting and received an automated response that someone would get back to me within 72 hours but no one did. This was a week ago. Waste of money, will be contacting paypal to get a refund

UPDATE - I received the same generic response asking me to send my problem through a specific link but that is exactly what I did before and no response. Paypal will be investigating to retrieve my money spent.

Free version failed often even on a powerful computer with gig speed...tried the paid version, not any better. Went with Anystream..works perfectly with prompt updates.

Gives me a "network error" every time. Worthless waste of time. Uninstalled.

Haha! I love the canned response they post. Everyone tries to use that solution and gets ignored anyway. What's the point?

FreeGrabApp has stopped working for everything except YouTube and the company has not responded satisfactorily after almost six months trying to resolve the issue, despite promising repeatedly a response within 72 hours.

I have been trying to resolve this issue for almost six months and my requests have been ignored and labeled as "duplicate requests" without ever having been resolved. The most recent request was over six weeks ago, and despite sending me a request number (LNXQ-25534) their web site cannot find my most recent request.

I'm sorry to have to give this low rating, but I can't seem to get any response from them at all.

Their reply at the bottom is ludicrous. I've already done that four times. Why can't they contact me directly instead of this boilerplate reply?
